This couch is sooo cute it looks very elegant for a good price , and very convenient that it turn into a futon as well! I had a little issue with on the the indentures in the couch being messed up but they definitely compensated for it. Great customer service !!! Would highly recommend

I Absolutely Love It! 🖤It Comes Into 2 Separate Boxes But only One was Delivered To Me So I Contacted The Seller And They Were Quick To Respond & Help Me! (The mail person delivered the second box late) The Set Up Process Was Easy & Didn’t Take Long. It’s Pretty Comfortable Too. It’s Obviously Not Something I Would Let Kids Jump On. Over All It’s Perfect & Everybody Asks Where I Bought It.Definitely Recommend It.

Well, it’s not worth the hassle even though it is an inexpensive sofa. Only one box was delivered, 2/2 and I’m missing 1/2, the main part of the sofa. The legs in the rear are plastic and the decorative legs in front are wood and don’t line up with the holes in the bottoms of the chaise.(I only have the chaise)The staples holding the material are not holding the material in place at all in some areas and the nail heads are wonky, for lack of a better word. They aren’t in line. This is day two and the company has not responded to my kind request to understand when/if I could expect the other part of the sofa to be delivered.

This couch is great. I kid you not when I say you could easily fit five people comfortably, 7-10 if you’re cozy. You can pull it down to create a bed for guests, which is both ample and comfortable, nd can easily fit two people in the respective L shape with neither ever touching. Assembly was a bit annoying; t smelled weird, was ripped underneath, and had MANY bolts missing, all of which were unceremoniously tossed into the couch without any proper care (my roommate and I had to DIG inside the couch and SHAKE THE COUCH LEFT AND RIGHT) to find at best what was 3/4 of all the screws). It made for a shoddy assembly that is weak in some areas, like the arms of the couch, but otherwise, it is spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and more than definitely affordable. Would buy again!

I'll start off by saying that this is a very nice looking sofa but unfortunately, the quality is just not what I expected. I had the sofa for approximately 2 months and a spring broke in one of the end seats. I'm not a very large person (I weigh approximately 140 lbs) so I certainly wouldn't have expected it to break so quickly under the weight of a small person. I emailed the seller but got no response. About a month later, a second spring broke in the same seat and another broke the following month so now the whole seat sags. It has a huge dent that just hangs down and looks really bad. My husband sat on the other end of the couch this morning and a spring broke. I feel like this couch was such a waste of money and I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service from the seller.

Very easy to assemble by myself, super sturdy, and it looks just as good in real life as it did in the pictures. I cannot believe what a great quality couch this is for the price I paid for it! Well worth the money for sure!The navy blue option is great as an accent color in an otherwise neutral-colored setting. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Okay, so I have mixed feelings about this couch. Mine came in excellent condition, and the fabric is super soft!! Almost like how a fuzzy blanket would feel or even fuzzy sleeping pants, it’s so much softer than velvet would be. I love the chase part of the couch, it’s comfortable... but the rest is not. It’s super solid and uncomfortable, and it is not as wide as a regular L shaped sectional couch would be. In the pic I provided, my old regular couch would of fit up to the grey carpet. So the seating for this couch is little to nothing, and very hard and uncomfortable for guests. I’m cozy on my end where the chase is lol... but the rest is really disappointing. I do think this is a beautiful couch and the price was amazing too!! It took me an hour or two to assemble by myself and came in two separate boxes, the shipping exceeded my expectations!! It came in so much earlier than I even expected it to, only afew days after ordering without using prime.
