Size runs small; long time from cool to instant hot
The size runs smaller than chart suggests. The material is not very comfortable and after some time it begins to dig into my skin irritating it. The heat takes a long time to produce. But, when it finally heats up, it actually gets hot to the point of being uncomfortable. It's not a gradual heat, but a cool to instant hot. I really wanted to like it based on premise of it being non-electrical/self-heating, but it's just ok.

My back pain was so bad that there were times I couldn't sleep at night
I recently purchased a FIRBEE. I had back pain from playing soccer and standing up all day at work. I tried FIREBEE and it was life changing for me in many ways. I bought this belt without reviewing becouse it looks good and when it arrived I put it on and after half an hour when I felt the heat I got the directions and read about what this belt is all about. Runs small but good quality
I ordered the item second time. 1st time M size which is very small , 2nd XL which is perfect I can adjust as well. So it runs small, but I’m very satisfied with product and its purpose and quality.

It can get really hot if you have sensitive skin wear it above undershirt.
I was very sceptic to have a belt that heats without any battery or power plug but this belt does it maybe even too much after 15 min it works with your body temperature, nit sure if it will help as I passed 3 back surgeries and going through rehabilitation but so far it is a good product.

They are really itchy when you put them on .So bad that I couldn't wear them for very long .
