The barre came with easy to assemble instructions, all parts and all in good condition. The bars are lightweight wood, the frame is also very light weight and the connectors plastic. Height of each bar is completely adjustable to fit small to adult dancers. The screws to hold each bar in place are effective but I’m careful to only tighten them just enough; the plastic and screw combination makes me extra careful about not cracking the housing. It was easy to slowly adjust the tension to her weight and no problems with it for the months we’ve had it. This is not a heavy duty barre, but an excellent and portable barre nonetheless. The included carrying bag is decent but the material would probably wear poorly if used constantly.

I bought this barre for my daughter to use while taking ballet classes via Zoom from the living room this semester while her ballet school is closed down. It was more expensive than the other barres I was looking at, but I needed something ASAP and this was was ready to ship. It looks good, it's lightweight, and its fairly simple to put together. There are two things I do not like about this barre: (1) the texture of the barre itself, and (2) the base of the barre. The texture of the wood is smooth, but chalky feeling. It's not rough to be worried about splinters or anything, but it feels like it needs to be polished. Not a huge deal, but something to note. However, I would certainly expect the base to be more stable. The barre is NOT wobbly and my daughter feels secure while using it. But the leg base becomes knocked out of place every time we move it. A gentle kick or nudge in the right direction fixes the problem, but for the price, I want that to be a little more solid. Overall, it's a decent buy. I'm neither satisfied or unsatisfied. It does the job, but I'm sure there are better barre products out there at the same price point.

Directions were easy to follow for assembly and they sent additional tightening pieces just in case one isn’t working. The bag to store for later/easy transport- I loved. We move a lot so this is a bonus. Once assembled, very good quality and sturdy. Reminds me of being back in a ballet class, only rather than bendy pvc pipes, this is metal and wood. Upgrade! :) I plan to use this for stretching, barre classes and old ballet warm up routines ❤️

The item was easy to put together. You don't need any tools. It is stable and well built. lighter than the all metal ones. Easy to move around .
