PROS: Longlasting - I've had the same set since the beginning of January 2024 - that's how long this has lasted me, and I wash my hair probably 3-4 times a week. Hair growth - I started with short, shoulder length hair and now by December 2024 I have long hair that goes down to my mid back. It has definitely helped in growing healthy hair. Thicker hair - My hair is also thicker, which I expected, but has weighed down my hair a bit so it does look at bit flat on top (I have fine hair). Not the products fault at all, as that happens when I use any type of haircare meant to thicken your hair. Hair health - I've gotten maybe one haircut this year for dead ends, but have noticed since using this product that I rarely, if ever, have any split or dead ends. CONS: Rough hair - The conditioner doesn't detangle much or leave my hair feeling like silk. If anything, it leaves it feeling kind of rough like straw. I usually run my detangler comb through it while showering, then let it air dry, and once dried it is soft, shiny, and rarely has tangles. Hair loss - We all shed hair, no matter what. I will say that while using this product I did shed more hair than I usually did. Not enough for it to be significant, but enough for me to notice. My hair is still very long, full, and healthy. Overall this product does what it claims to do. Once I finish the set I have I may buy it again to use once a week instead of every time zi shower to continue to help with hair growth.

For anyone looking at the 3 stars reviews for the pros and cons, i gotchu. Before I get into the pros and cons, let me just give some context. I noticed my hair was getting rather thin, and wanted more thicker hair. So I did a quick google search and found that Biotin can help. Pros: Definitely does work for volume. I noticed it does help. Also, people in the reviews say the pump sucks. I have had very little trouble with it. It does pump kinda slow, so I can see how this would be a problem for women who need more. Im a guy with short hair so it doesn't bother me. Cons: THE SMELL. OH BROTHER. As I applied the shampoo and conditioner just a few hours ago, I finally realized what it smells like. It smells like when somebody farts underwater. You know what I mean, it doesn't smell like a regular ordinary fart, that type of fart that bubbles up to the surface and makes you hate your own brand of fart. At least it doesn't smell like that after I dry off. Ill keep using it because it works but your nostrils will get a workout.

This works very well for my husband. It keeps the remaining hair he has. I wish there was a way to not have the pumps put in the shipment. My husband won't use them, so I end up throwing them away. What a waste of money.

The shampoo feels nice and creamy but the conditioner is no good on my dry hair, feels horrible and my hair is short and didn't get the knots out.
