Early July Retractable Garden Hose with Hose Reel-50 FT, 6 Function Spray Nozzle (Pink)

I just finished remodeling my backyard and didn't want a full size hose reel on my wall. I saw this and thought it would be a great solution for when I actually needed a hose, I was mostly right. Its very compact and light. I came with a quick disconnect so I could store the hose reel on the side of the house instead of having it front and center. The issues really are, that its almost too light. When pulling out the reel, you need to hold the base, otherwise the base will fall over or get lifted in the air because the other end is attacked to the actual hose. I wish the base had more weight to hold it down and make pulling the hose out easier. The second biggest thing, reeling back in. This thing gets tangled pretty easy when reeling back in. You definitely have to center the hose and reel slowly, helping the hose in. Otherwise, it gets jammed and you're left with about 5 feet of hose that won't reel.PROS: compact, light, easy to use.CONS: Too light, gets tangled when reeling back inWould I buy again? Yes! for the money and form factor, this is a great buy.

Light and flexible. Exactly what I was looking for but it doesn't have have a standard 3/4" Garden Hose Thread. It is 1/2 inch. You will need a female 3/4" to male 1/2" hose adapter. They are around and will cost about $7. The vendor should put this in the description.

Functional little hose. I did switch the connections so the sprayer is attached to the fixed hose (not the reel hose.) It is very lightweight so pulling the hose typically yanks the entire reel (as mentioned in other reviews,) switching them allows you to hand spool out the length you need.It does fit a standard US hose spigot, BUT it came with an adapter installed that was smaller. One you unscrew that piece it'll fit your outdoor spigot just fine.I've used the hose a handful of times so far and haven't noticed any leaks (I hand tightened all the connections before my first use.)

I had to throw this product away. It leaks horribly. It had no pressure because of the leak.

This is the product for kids not for the regular garden it’s so difficult to get the hose out of the real because it’s so light weight and even more difficult to reel it back in. I have very high hopes for this product but it turned out to be a very disappointing failure. Returning for a refund...

The connector to the reel bulged the first time in use--not convinced this will be durable and won't be willing to keep a $40 hose that doesn't work. The concept is great and the reel is very appealing but the hose connector popped off during very gentle use. I'm going to give it a few more tries before I give up because, again, the concept is terrific. Now for practicality and reliability. We'll see.

The hose connection is too small for my outdoor water tap, do you offer bigger adapters? So I can use the hose?
