I will NEVER,. EVER STOP taking these! This supplement has literally changed my life! I've been to various doctors and nobody was able to help me. All they did was give me pain pills, addicting pain pills, I might add! Please let me explain. When I was 18 years old, I had a very bad car accident. It's back when kids were stupid and thought it was uncool to wear a seat belt. I t-boned a 1974 Chevy Caprice (built like tanks!), and slammed into the dash, controls and windshield of my little red Toyota mini truck. The impact was so bad, my truck literally came up off the ground, when it came back down, the force of the landing popped all 4 tires. Yeah, it was pretty bad. Anyway, I VERY badly damaged my knees. I had holes in them, and they had to perform joint test, where they inject dye into your joint to see if it's permanently damaged. They told me I would probably never walk right again, and if I did, it would be with a limp. Fortunately, after a LOT of physical therapy, I came out of it fine, or so I thought. As the years progressed, I had various problems with my knee. Experienced a lot of arthritis pain, having to wrap them, icy hot them, use a brace at times, just various things. Sometimes the pain was bad, but tolerable. Sometimes it was so bad, I had to take very strong pain pills just to get through the day. Not to mention, the difficulty walking. I stayed home a LOT due to the pain. I have gone to various doctors, ever sports medicine doctors that said they weren't quite sure what was wrong. I have had X-rays, and and MRI. They told me they could perform surgery and open up the knee, simply to look and see what they found, but also said if they did that, I might be even worse after the surgery! How the heck is that supposed to help me??? I started to do some of my own research online, and based on the location of the pain, and other people's stories, I realized it's a knee tendon issue. Thanks a LOT expensive doctors! Anyway, recently it began to get even worse. It seems like I could never find relief. Had to ice my knee every day, along with taking the pain pills. I could barely walk at times, so I was starting to give up hope for a "normal" life. Starting to accept my limitations; no more traveling, no more going to an amusement park with my kids, no more pretty much anything. I was so depressed. Then one day my mom called me and told me about a friend of the family that had gained so much weight due to an illness, that he could barely walk. His knees were having trouble holding up his weight. He started taking this supplement, and it had changed his life! I don't always believe these stories, but had to try it. I ordered them immediately, anxiously awaiting their arrival. Once I got them, I took them right away and after only 2 - 3 days immediately started to notice my pain quickly diminishing! By 5 days, I NO LONGER HAD ANY PAIN! I could walk with no pain, any length of time I wanted! I could even RUN! I was in utter and complete shock! All the things I couldn't do for years, I was able to do again! I don't know how these ingredients work so well together, and frankly, I don't care! All that matters is that they have given me back my life!! I now have a subscription to them, and will take them FOREVER! This is not a fake review, nor sponsored, nor paid, nor anything! I got introduced to these a while back when I entered into one of those 'health' stores. This is a nice product to help fight inflammation in the body. I have an ankle that swells from an injury. My issue is way beyond a pill, so these don't instantly cure the ankle. However, inflammation in the body is known to be the root cause for a lot of sickness. I personally don't like Tumeric, so having it as part of the tablet is a win-win situation. Like most items, the prices seem to go up and up. I believe the price on Amazon is better than the health store (which tends to run out anyway). And to have it delivered to my door is a big time saver.

I have static nerve numbness. It makes it stop in the AM, better than IB. Must try!

Like that these are softgels, they are easy to get down. Good product.

Generally I'll wait a while and see how a product works over the long term, and I'll update this review if needed later on, but for now, wow is all I can say. I took the first 2 about 6pm, when I woke up the next morning, all the aches and stiffness that I normally have were about 80% less than usual. I took 2 more about 6am, and decided to see if I could skip my usual tylenol and ibuprofen morning pills, and I did! I worked all day, on my feet as usual, on a hard concrete floor, doing the usual heavy lifting, and I was fine. At 4pm I was mildly sore, but nowhere near the usual level. I also noticed that generally after sitting at my desk at home after working all day, when I get up for the first time, I'm really stiff and sore, that was toned way down. Overall my back doesn't have that ache that makes me cautious about how I move. When I ordered these the price seemed high, now I see they're 100% worth it. They might not work for everyone, but for me they do so far, and it's genuinely amazing hoe quickly and how long they last. The smell is off-putting, and the pills are huge, but I can ignore that easily given how well they work.
