Finally the extreme heat has abated and I can enjoy my third floor balcony. This recliner-lounger is perfect. It’s sturdy, easy to put together and comfortable. I now enjoy the afternoon Arizona sun. I’m tall but this chair supports my head and neck…..though I do occasionally use a small footstool for my “hanging” ankles/feet if I want to lay flat and snooze. The seat cushion is firm, but comfortable. Great recliner.

First of all, it is VERY easy to assemble. Just follow the directions and look at the "Legs" which have 3 pins each that should go into matching holes for stability. The design is attractive and the pull up hidden tray is handy. It is comfortable as a chair even without using the recliner feature. My only concern is that it is not roomy in the seat area. I read the outside measurement instead of the inside measurement, so it is better to check the details. Because it is not as heavy as some metal recliners, it is easier to move in in case of the rain. After seveal months, it seems to be more comfortable without reclining. I wish it were a little longer for that feature.

I ordered and received a different chair Which was also a recliner at the same price and it was absolutely terrible. Felt like it was going to fall apart clanged and made noise and jerked when trying to recline. So I was nervous to take another chance on ordering a chair on line but I’m so glad I did. This is a very sturdy very comfortable chair very easy to put together I needed a chair that my handicapped son could lay back in while he’s outside with us and I think it’s going to be very comfortable for him just waiting for the weather to cooperate. You won’t be disappointed!

We ordered two of these chairs for our front porch. Assembled the first with no problem. As I was assembling the second chair I tried to recline it to put the pad on the footrest and broke off the plastic recline lever. I contact the company through Amazon and they sent me a return “ADDRESS” only, stating that it was up to me to pay the return shipping…..which was between $300 and $400+ dollars to the West Coast. Then I contacted the company again and asked them to just send me a new latch that I would replace myself…still waiting for a response on that one. Ad far as the chairs go, they are sturdy enough but the recline, for me, is not comfortable at all. For the money I expect a better designed product, and certainly a better product support from the company. I rated them 1 star because I couldn’t fate them lower….look elsewhere for a better product.

When I purchased these chairs, there was an instructional video along with the photo shown that illustrated how quick and easy it was to assemble these chairs. I cannot imagine why they would’ve removed the video because it helps sell the product. That being said, it is quite simple to assemble. All you do is connect the back with four screws and some nuts and washers, and then you also connect the 4 feet The same way. No tools are required. I am 5’4” and the chair is very comfortable for my frame. I’m not sure if somebody 6’6” would find the chair comfortable. My feet hang over the recliner. The foot rest will only fully extend when the recliner is fully reclined. You can incrementally adjust the back rest, however it is not possible to sit upright and have the foot rest fully extend. There is a direct relationship between the foot rest and the recline, meaning the more you recline the more the foot rest comes up. Both the recliner and the side table work with a hydraulic piece. So they open and close very smoothly. The four cushion segments are all made with zippers so it is easy to remove the foam cushion and wash by hand. The fabric is either all polyester or a polyester blend, however it is hard to tell Because the fabric label is not clear.

UPDATE: After messaging the company about the missing hardware, they promptly sent and we quickly received the hardware for the second chair. Their customer service is outstanding and I would definitely order again. We ordered 2 chairs. The first one had all the parts, and when assembled is very comfortable to sit in! The second chair was missing the hardware to assemble it, so it is useless. I reached out to the company and am hoping to hear back so the hardware can be sent. Edited to add…I requested another set of hardware and they said they sent it via the fastest way possible. Will update once hardware is received.

This is a very nice chair and a great value. It is easy to assemble. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is made for people that are not over 5' 6". My husband is 6'3" and did not fit. The chair could not recline correctly because of his size and his legs far exceeded the foot rest. It only reclines when you are sitting in it and lean back and you can adjust to where you want it. It is a very nice outdoor recliner for shorter people. The seller was kind enough to allow us to return it, but we had to pay the shipping cost.
