Efficient, Sturdy & Durable - Best Utensil Ever!
This is the best kitchen utensil I’ve ever found. It is perfect for mixing batters without beating out all of the air bubbles. It’s also great for efficiently mixing heavy bread & pizza doughs. I make homemade pizza once a week and this makes it so easy to mix the dough thoroughly & scrape the bowl. I like to use mine with a stainless steel mixing bowl. This whisk also works great for mixing ground meats for meatloaf or meatballs (no gooey hands). With the whisk I can blend the ground meat and other ingredients quickly and thoroughly. The Danish whisk is also way easier to wash than a traditional whisk, because it doesn’t get all gummed up with sticky ingredients stuck inside. It is very easy to clean. It’s also very durable, sturdy and so easily handles heavy doughs. The handle is strong and it’s easy to keep a firm grip. I’ve been using this frequently for several months now and it’s still as sturdy as ever. We are full-time traveling RVers, so I don’t have room for big appliances like a KitchenAid mixer, making this perfect for our compact kitchen. I especially recommend for people with limited kitchen storage. I keep mine in a utensil container on the sink. This is also reasonably priced and a good value for the quality. No, I’m not getting paid for this - just helping out my fellow cooking aficionados.

Great for sourdough bread
Updating after using this for about 8 months, still holding up with 1-2x weekly use. Would still recommend! I bake sourdough and this kind of bread whisk was becoming increasingly popular, so I bought it after a few months of baking. I really like it! I use it to mix in all of my ingredients , and I don’t have to use my hands to knead the dough at all. It seems sturdy, I like that it doesn’t have a notch where the whisk connects to the stem so the dough won’t get inside. It’s well made, the grip is nice and I use it every time. It’s holding up well a few months since my purchase. It’s also easy to clean, I like to oil mine before use so any stuck dough comes off easily. Do you HAVE TO have one of these to make good bread? Not really, no. Will it keep dough off your hands and make everything less messy? Yes.

Much better than a rubber spatula
This Jillmo Danish Whisk is ideal for mixing dry ingredients into the flour. Who has a flour sifter anymore? It is very sturdy and works great when folding ingredients such as blueberries, raisins, etc into a batter. Before purchasing this whisk I always used a rubber spatula to fold ingredients into a batter. I would scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula and fold in the ingredients and generally then had to use a poking/stabbing motion to make sure the ingredients were evenly dispersed. The whisk works every bit as good as a spatula for scraping the sides of the bowl and I then I just fold the ingredients throughout the batter and it glides right through without any effort. I have never heard of a Danish Whisk until I saw one on a Facebook post so decided to see if Amazon stocked the whisk. Some others have a wooden handle but this one has a very study metal handle and the whisks are rigid also. Great product.

No Risk!!
I bought the dough whisk to make sourdough. I like stainless tools over wood ones because it is easier to sanitize. That's why I bought this stainless whisk. I also don't like mixing wet sticky dough like sourdough by hand because it is very messy. This dough whisk works very well. The space between wires has enough space to clean. Also, it is easy to mix heavy dough as well. The wire of the whisk is thick and smooth, so it doesn't break easily, and it doesn't scratch the plastic. I can do all tasks with this whisk like mixing dry ingredients, dissolving sourdough starter in water, and making dough. Unfortunately, when I used it for the second time after about 40 days from my purchase, I noticed an issue with it. I contacted the company by email that I wanted to get a replacement or a refund. The customer service was very sincere and excellent. I received the reply and the company proceeded the refund immediately. It was really no risk: no waste of my time and no stress to deal with customer service,

Don't Know What I Did Without This
This whisk is terrific. I'd read about a Danish Whisk on a few recipe sites and thought to myself "can it really be that good"? Well, it is. It mixes everything so easily, the wire doesn’t bog down or get overloaded with batter, and it cleans up in a jiff. My first try for it was a rather thick chocolate cake batter that I'd made before using both a wooden spoon and a regular balloon whisk. Using those it was hard going; not terrible, but the typical sore arm. This whisk did it with one tool instead of two, and mixed the ingredients literally twice as fast and better than before. I've since used it on corn bread batter and white bread dough with excellent results. My next challenge will be making a meatloaf. I also like the stainless steel construction. It just looks so much sturdier than the wooden-handled style. I gave it high marks for sturdiness since it DOES seem so well constructed, but will update this review if that changes as I use it over time. Finally, I liked it so much that I bought others as gifts for my family.

The product was advertised to be 12”. It turned out to be only 6”. Otherwise it was functioning well.

If you want a clean hand when mixing up, this tool will do the job for you to mix the flour, water + ... for bread etc Of course, finally you still need your hands on to knead, but at least not so massy ... I like the design as it is very solid metal. It is all seal so water cannot sip into the hollow handle. No problem at all to put in dish washer. Much better than the wooden handle as it will last longer. I sometimes put in the fridge for a short while to make it a bit cooler to mix my ingredients in a hot weather, so my hands have cool down as well by the time I need to knead the dough.
