All I have to say is I am very surprised with how amazing this recovery formula is as I work sometimes 12-14 hours per day doing construction and working out. And sometimes I'm caffeine sensitive and have trouble sleeping if I take pre workouts. Not this recovery as this is natural/no caffeine and will keep me going all day throughout the day without any crash and I love it. It's by far one of my favorite you won't be disappointed if you buy it!

I got into bodybuilding in my 20s, and now that I am in my 50s (like yourself perhaps) I care more about fitness and good health than I do about being big. So, I am always looking for new and better ways to maintain that. Thus, I am trying out Speed Bump Energy Recovery; and I can say, so far so good. The ingredients are legitimate, and the taste is adequate. If I had to find a negative thing to say, it would be the 90mg of sodium. We get sodium from so many other sources (foods and beverages) so it seems kind of unnecessary to me. But that's a minor gripe. For all I know it could have been added for taste. Here's how I score it:Taste: 4.5 stars = Decent, not overpowering so it can be mixed with other beverages (an after workout smoothie, for example).Packaging: 5 stars = Follows FDA guidelines including a safety seal (I've seen some of the celebrity name products that don't have one)Labeling: 5 stars = Follows FDA guidelines and is easy to readAmount of product: 5 stars = One should expect powdered mixes to settle somewhat. But my container was filled to about 80% so I am giving it 5 starsScooper included: YesI will update my review if anything changes. I love this recovery formula, it gives me extra energy after my workouts. The speed bump energy line has the best mix of the strongest stuff around... SPEED BUMPS!!!!

Speed bump recovery formula is phenomenal at the least it mixes well and the taste is amazing and on top of that it has everything i need in a recovery supplement... no more Gatorade for me

I was looking for a good recovery BCAA and amino acid formula for a long time. I used to get extremely sore after working out but this product helps immensely, it seems to help with focus and energy as well. I also believe it's helped increase my testosterone and love making with my wife has never been better.
