Lock and Love Women's Sleeveless Boho Tie-Dye Ombre Tunic Tank Top

First, the logistics: I'm almost 5'3" and weigh about 125 lbs, so very average with short legs ;) I ordered a medium to be safe, & the asymmetrical hem hits right below my hip down to a couple inches above my knee (perfect for leggings & boots! Or a pencil skirt & boots/booties! Even over a fitted, longer dress. Looks great in layers either over or under it! Yay fall weather!). The overall fit, which I thought was going to look too tight but is really comfortable, was actually extremely flattering! This is a diamond in the rough- it's as described, looks exactly like the picture (actually better than), & fits like a soft, stretchy dream! The material felt like cheap when I first opened it, but when I put it on, LOVE! The thinness of the material makes it fall/drape in a very flattering way (I've actually sent the link or description for this shirt at LEAST once every time I wear it, & get so many compliments!), but it's not so thin that it's see-through (*insert fist pump here!*), it is so comfortable, looks nice, and is flattering. I'm going to be ordering more in all my favorite colors, because a) it's just so dang comfy, b) I look like I'm dressed up but feel like I'm in my PJ's, & c) layering! The layering possibilities are limitless!

After reading reviews I bought a size larger than I normally would. The fit is good, not overly big considering I sized up, but I think maaaaybe I could have tried my true size and been ok. The true test will be when I wash it later today to see if it shrinks at all. The handkerchief hemline is great for covering up larger booties! I enjoy wearing leggings when I fly with a longer shirt on top. During the colder months I'll use a long sweater but that doesn't really work during the summer! So I've been on the hunt for a longer style tank top type of shirt. Once I found this, the hardest thing was deciding on color. The length is perfect. I'm nearly 6' tall and it covers me very well and doesn't have a weird cut to it. Generally being tall, the torso area is always cut a little high on my so when the shirt starts to flair it looks weird on me but this one doesn't do that. It does flair but it isn't odd looking, maybe because I bought a larger size? I usually wear an xl so I got a xxl. It is looser in the belly area so maybe that's why. I'm not entirely sure but I do like it. Once I wash it I'll update whether the size changes. If it doesn't I'm definitely ordering more colors and possibly in my regular size. *Edit* I washed and dried the shirt and there was no shrinking (washed cold, dried warm) so I plan to order more in my regular size.

Very lightweight material; pretty. Nice fit. Dress/blouse is too long to wear as a blouse & too short to wear as a dress.

Great Buy! This pretty top magically hugs curves and hides bulges for a perfect drape. I got the violet floral print, very nice, and good quality. Originally bought as a cover up for a Grand Cayman vacation, but I'm getting a few more to wear as tops. They will pack really well, and easy hand wash and dry. If I was 10 years younger, I would wear it as a dress..;) I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, and I could not ask for a better fit than the Medium I ordered. EDIT: I ordered 2 more tops from Lock and Love, but the merchandise I received was from "made by Johnny" MBJ Womens Sleeveless Comfy Tunic Tank Top with Various Hem These tops were much thinner and flimsier than the one I got from Lock and Love. My order says Lock and Love, but the labels on tops received read "made by Johnny." They are not the same tops. It appears to be the same company, they must make different quality for different stores. Very aggravating, and Amazon rep says they have no control over what vendor ships. I really like the original top I got from Lock and Love, but if I order more I have no idea which brand I'll end up with. This is the first time I've encountered this when ordering clothes on Amazon.

This is a pretty nice top that fits more like a dress because it is huge. You can definitely afford to size down. Do not let the product pics fool you into thinking it has any sort of shape, it does not. The heather gray is also a lot lighter than it appears in the picture. Still, it is pretty, is a very soft material, and comfortable to wear.

Definitely size up! And when you do... Awesomeness!!! I'm in love with this tunic. It is PERFECT to wear with my million pair of leggings. I ordered the charcoal heather and it is the perfect dark grey. The fabric is soft and very stretchy yet feels like it will hold up. I chose the handkerchief hem and I feel it is very flattering. I carry a lot of weight in my midsection but I think the fitted top with the asymmetric flared bottom distracts from that. I'm 5'8 and definitely would not be able to wear this as a dress but it covers me well enough that I still feel modest in my leggings.

I have already sent several tops back from different companies because the sizing is so off. I almost didn't buy this for that reason. But I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered this Tank Tunic a couple of sizes larger than I normally wear and it fits loose. I have washed it in a delicate cycle and lined dry, it didn't shrink at all. The next one I buy I could actually go down a size and I think it will still fit comfortable & loose. This definitely covers my butt, which is great for wearing with my jeggings. But I am 5'8", so it is a great tunic length. A petite woman could actually wear it as a short summer weight dress or beach cover up. The fabric is exactly what I was hoping for. It is extremely soft and light. The teal is not see through, but I am not sure about a lighter color. I am really happy with my purchase. It ended up better than what I expected.
