A tsp. or less at the end of any sauce prep (or soup or stew) elevates the flavor to a fine French or Italian chef. Cannot detect mushrooms but it “ pulls the flavors” together and adds a richness.

Ottima, sa davvero di tartufo (cosa rara), inoltre è in solo olio di oliva. Va bene per pasta, crostoni, fettine di tacchino, uova, qualsiasi piatto da insaporire in modo deciso.
