This is the only green tea that my husband makes for iced tea . It's not bitter and it's a mild flavor. It's better for you than regular ice tea if you have kidney stones. He likes the flavor too. When you make it it's still a light green if you let brew for 3 minutes . My husband also likes it because it's organic.

I can’t find this at times in the grocery store; usually sold out. Now I just buy from Amazon & have my tea when I want it.

I have been tasting this Uncle Lee's Green tea for a month. Here is what I think and find. 1. Taste: very soft, gentle, refined, clean, light, not-bitter and flat flavor, but by no means dark, deep, heavy, strong or intense (like Japanese matcha). a typical Chinese green tea flavor. I cannot say this is the best I have ever had, but neither can I say this is bad. Good for lightly enjoying Green tea or for beginners. 2. Color: Yellowish green. Not like Matcha's green-green. 3. Brewing time: When soaked in cold water, it takes a little more time than usual to get the tea. 4. Value: Pretty nice. Very economical. 4 packs of 100 tea bags less than $20. 5. Conclusion: recommendable for light tea drinker

After reading many reviews on Uncle Lees and other brands, I ordered the four pack of the Green and also the white tea. Have been drinking the green since April 23rd. I bought it for the healthy benefits and hoping for some weight loss. I have lost 4 pounds..But for me..it is all about this tasty tea. Well my husband and I drink 2 to 3 pitchers of it ice cold a day. I use Truvia for a sweetner, hubby likes it unsweet. I LOVE sweet iced tea, but when ever I try brewing other brands, not green teas either, if I drink more than a glass or two a day, my stomach would hurt. I can now drink Lees all day..MANY glasses a day..6 to 8 a day , no tummy ache.. I now brew this the way I learned thru the reviews here.. Pouring near boiling water over the bags, and letting them steep for 5 to 10 min. NO longer, prevents bitter tea. I was raised were we brought water to a boil , tossed in some tea bags and remove from heat.. I think it was over boiled..plus being Lipton, or Red Diamond, etc.I have tried Lipton Green tea, also bitter to me. (it could be from the way I used to brew tea ! This is my forever tea. I have only made the white tea a few times. It is also very good. I think it taste like the green tea. Now that all my 4 pack of green tea is gone, I will use up the white. I got the white for my husbands arthritus, since I read it could help with imflamation. SO will see soon how we like drinking lots of white tea.This week I fixed a friend a glass of this tea, she isn't good at drinking water, and she loves this tea and is getting hydrated..also, my Sister just started drinking it..AND she always had sweet ice tea, usually Red Diamond or Lipton. NOW she doesn't even use sugar. HIGHLY recommend this tea.Yes you can find this green tea at Walmart, I haven't compared the price. Walmart does not sell the Lees White Tea. The only negative for me, is the paper wrappers on every bag..I go thru so many bags a day, I am always unwrapping tea, and seeing a pile of paper to be trashed. seems like a waste of paper, but maybe it is to preserve freshness.

i wish uncle lee was my real uncle so i could just roll in the tea fields lOL. seriously , tho.. its pretty good.. it doesn't really taste bitter or anything. I dunno if its making me healthier but it sure tastes good and i drink it everyday cause the packaging can be opened with a flick of the wrist lol.. 100% thanks jackson:P

who made this stuff? its amazing. I drink 1 cup per day and thats more than enough. wouldnt want to get sick of it! I hate monday and this is just what I need to fix that (Mondays that is). The tea is so juicy like a turkey burger. Love it so much, thank you Uncle Lee! Love from Canada.

This product has great packages and the quality of tea is acceptable and good. The only think which I want to mention is the price. You can find this product on other stores (including online stores) with cheaper price. It's better for this seller to check the prices online to do price match as much as possible.

The flavour of this tea is decent. Not very strong but that is how I like it. The only concern I have with this product is the amount of packaging. Each bag is individually wrapped and the box comes wrapped in plastic. Great value but I will opt to buy loose tea from now on instead of this product.
