NATURALIce Medicated Lip Protect SPF 15 Cherry 12 Pkgs

This is the only chap stick I will ever use. The only place that sells it here is King Soopers and I didn't shop there so I purchased on Amazon. I love it because it doesn't make my lips feel like there is wax on my lips. I've used it for over 20 years and won't change.

I have used this stuff since forever and love it. But I must have gotten a bad batch or something because the cherry flavor was rancid. It was this way for all the chapsticks in the box.

I've used 'em all, and have found nothing that works as well as Natural Ice (formerly Mentholatum Stick) -- especially the cherry-scented (just cuz I like anything cherry-scented or -flavored). It goes on like a dream -- very soft and smooth -- unlike Chapstick brand which is hard and kind of pulls on your lips as you drag it on with difficulty. The menthol effect can be startling to a new user, but I like it and really, hardly notice it anymore. I'm so glad I found this product on Amazon. I couldn't find it anywhere else after the drug store near me stopped carrying it. I bought the 48-pk here once (lasted for a couple years), and I've gotten a dozen at a time since then. It's so nice to be able to grab one from a drawer whenever I need one (I keep it in 5 different places, including my desk at work).I have to edit this to say that I've noticed the different scent/flavor that others have written about. It's not cherry anymore; it's sort of generic fruity scent with a hint of Carmex or something. I don't like it. I'm going to order some of the original scent/flavor, and if it is icky too, I'll have to switch to something else.

This is NOT the original product I ordered- it smells different (mix of a plastic , artificial cherry smell with less menthol ) .I would like a replacement order of the actual product please.

I’ve been a loyal user of this lip balm since I was a child, playing soccer in the sun for hours every day. The cherry is refreshing and the mentholated cooling effect is soothing to dry lips. I can feel it working. It also has mild sunscreen in it. I buy it in bulk and have one in my luggage, at my desk, in the bathroom, in the car, in my purse, and anywhere else I could possibly use it.

Yes- I too had the same exact experience as Pharm Doc. Either something has changed in the ingredients of this chapstick, or this is some horrible knock off- but it is not the same flavor that I have come to know and love for the last 20 years.

I had the same experience as Pharm Doc. I have been using this chapstick for years, and this batch tasted/smelled like cherry lip smacker or something. It was extra gross. I hope they haven’t changed the formula. I will be devastated.

This is the second time I’ve purchased a box and the first one was great but this time it was awful! I don’t know if they changed their ingredients or if I got a bad batch but something isn’t right. So disappointed.
