Krugg | 42 Inch X 24 Inch LED Bathroom Mirror | Lighted Vanity Mirror Includes Dimmer & Defogger | Wall Mount Vertical or Horizontal Installation

Purchased 4 mirrors last year during the start of the renovation. Just getting to hang them. Here are specs:1) The choice of Kelvin Spectrum is not for everyone. For the most part, people prefer warm white, as with a given color mirror arrived, you basically get instantly psychedelic. I had to replace the LED strip to warm white to even consider hanging that creation. Which brings me to the second part.2) Producer should provide a Kelvin and Lumens option to customers. Current setup is rather too bright.3) During the replacement of the LED strip (Changing to warm white) I had to open up the back panel. Discovered rather a poor craftsmanship.4) Hanging: This is another subject. Used a laser level as I had to fit two mirrors side by side... Well, when I hang them they looked everything but leveled. Apparently, hanging holes at the back panel are MISSING the level... A $400 dollar mirrors had unleveled holes punched at the back...5) Last mirror has blemishes and missing a mirror dust in the corners. Will try to replace.Note to the producer: Please increase your QA.Note to buyers: Visit Krugg’s website before the purchase. Make sure this product is for you.

This is such a deal breaker, its way too HOT. I really wanted to love this mirror and post it on my youtube channel. Instead I have to purchase another one from a different company. A total waste of my thousand birthday bucks! There is no way to get dressed or put on makeup without feeling the heat. I don't have a window in my bathroom and with a 60 inch mirror with heat coming off its soooo hot. I had the fan blowing but for the life of me I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from. Unfortunately I took too long to get the electrician here to hang it so its pass the return date. I was remodeling the bathroom and the mirror was the last to get done. Now I'm going to post it on offer up and sell it if I can. Fingers crossed another brand has this mirror without the heat. You have NOOO Idea how bummed I am!! 😫😩 Theres no way to turn it off...? I thought LED's didn't get hot...

Mirror arrived intact and undamaged. Packaged really well and looks really nice. I followed instructions to install (watched the Youtube video), flipped the power back on and mirror would not work at all. After several attempts to check my connections at the wall junction box, I decided to access the back electronics (instead of going through the tedious pain of shipping this thing back to the seller) and discovered that the white neutral wire was loose, flapping around inside and appears to have never been screwed down in the terminal block. The black hot wire was barely making connection, just stuck under the loose terminal screw..dangerous! Out of all the wires in the back of this thing, including LED driver and heater, the only wire that was properly fastened was the ground wire. I went through everything, made sure connections were good and tight. Once I made the repair, I buttoned it up, reinstalled and wallah! It works!It's just annoying that something as expensive as this thing would have workmanship so overlooked...and it supposedly passed "quality control"! There's the sticker on the back and everything! This type of stuff burns houses down. Time will only tell how long this thing will last, but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth initially.

I purchased two of these for my master bathroom remodel. I looked at every lighted mirror before I decided this was a good value. Both mirrors arrived in excellent condition. The light is BRIGHT on full power and perfect for applying makeup. The power switch/dimmer is easy to use. This light is designed for viewing yourself in “natural” light, and not meant to be the only light source in the room. They are a beautiful luxe feature in my new bathroom!

Providing all the work is done correctly, this lighted mirror would enhance the appearance of any bathroom (or room for that matter). Be forewarned, there is ZERO margin for error when mounting the four self provided screws used to hold this beautiful beast up on the wall. The templates (4 strips of paper of two lengths to account for horizontal and vertical orientation) were NOT marked to exact measurements. They were off by 1/4" (6 mm) which might as well be a country mile for this installation. Made my own template using a roll of wrapping paper.If you are not hitting studs on both ends of a dry wall (which will never happen in an American home because this was probably not made in America so 16" studs were not part of the equation), be sure to use dry wall anchors that can support at least 50 lbs per anchor. If not, you will come home one day and find your gorgeous mirror laying face down (in about 27,000 pieces) on your bathroom floor after it takes out everything in its path.My mirror did have a few imperfections in the glass which light up like dead (white) pixels on a black TV screen when the LED light is on. However, it wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I had a small problem. The touch on and off on the mirror had moved. This was not the problem of the vendor. It was due to shaking during shipping. After contacting the vendor they gave me advice and we're very nice. It was a very small problem to take care of and fixed. We love the lighted mirror. It is very elegant and ads Beauty to our home.

Two complaints: 1. installation is very difficult. There is no room for error. It is the way that the mounting system is designed. 2. LED's are not very bright.I would suggest purchasing mirrors from Mirrors and Marble. Easy installation and much brighter.

I will not be purchasing this mirror again. I've purchased this mirror 3 times now and each time it has come completely shattered. The box comes severely damaged. Amazon needs to figure out the logistics on large fragile items like this as this is expensive to come destroyed every time.
