Incredibly comfortable, stable, nice height addition

I got these for fun, I don’t need them. I’m already 6’1”. These got me to 6’2” or maybe a tiny bit more (74.5” in certain shoes) They are squishy and comfortable but I haven’t really walked around in them. I doubt anyone would notice the change in my height. Maybe just my brother and father who are both 6’4” since they see me enough. Fun to pretend.

This is about the highest lift you can put in a woman’s shoe. It is comfortable and I will order more. I am using a lift in one shoe because of a shorter leg from a hip replacement.

I ordered the 1/2 inch heel lift because one leg is shorter than the other and was causing iliotibial (IT) band pain at the knee of the shorter leg. A different brand of lift alleviated that pain but did not stay in place so I wanted to try another brand. This lift is comfortable and seems very well made but I knew immediately that it did not add as much height as the first brand. With the lift inserted in the left shoe, I measured the inside distance at the back of the heel as compared to the right shoe with no lift and the lift added not quite 3/8 inch. It may be coincidence but the IT band has started tweaking me again though not yet as much as before I used any lift. This product should add as much height as advertised.

Best I’ve found so far. Come in varying heights in a single lift; not peal apart. The glue works pretty good, but I add a piece of double tack tape to be sure it doesn’t slide around. I use the 1” height. These don’t smell either. Using the lift in my left shoes minimizes my pelvic & back arthritis pain.

These were originally not my first choice due to a small amount of reviews and them just being the heel portion, but, saw Texas company (don't get me wrong manufactured in China) and thought I'd give a test.I purchased a few different insoles (all 1+ inch) and low and behold, I actually liked these the most! Didn't squish down too much as a different companies' pair (oh you best believe I did I height test), didn't hurt my feet as another (from comfy test they also won out).Finally, not bouncy as yet another (don't want to be walking on springs, wanted natural) so on all levels these ended up winning out, and being a smaller profile makes them even easier, not to mention a breeze if I need to use in different footwear (but getting another pair anyways for convenience ;)Just all around win win win, nothing in the liabilities margin, all assets here

The "regular width" are nearly big enough to use in children's shoes. No where near big enough for adult shoes. They are also WAY too soft, just pinching with my fingers reduces the height by half! I was hoping to use theses as in shoe wedges for weightlifting but I don't even feel safe using them in my everyday walking shoes. Waste of money.

It was a little thinner than I expected but it’s not where it causes any problems I just thought it I’m pretty sure when I ordered these inserts I ordered one that was 1” and one that was 1.5” for some reason I got 2 pairs of 1.5 also I thought they would be a little more snug in my shoes, and I have thin feet.. but It does have adhesive on the bottom to grip your insoles. I prefer to not take the tape off so this way I can slide them in and out of my shoes super easily. Once there in the angle and compression doesn’t allow it to slide forward.. overall it does the job. :)
