Very easy install and looks good

Do not buy this item. From the beginning the directions are horrible. They do not tell you where to put the washers to prevent leaks. I had to guess as to where they went based on my own judgement. Then after the terrible install instructions, the braided connector hose burst. 10 minutes after installing. It lined with plastic not braided metal so I guess it melted. We just closed on a brand new home and with 10 minutes, this faucet has ruined our joy.

Installation was very simple and easy. This one does have that ‘ touch‘ feature which we are looking for. It has a nice, clean appearance and the reach of the pull out hose is just right. The single control is perfect. Water flow is good. We are very pleased with the product.

Because otherwise you are bound to mess something up. The provided instructions are horrible. This is a much better price than similar models at Lowes or Home Depot, by at least $150. Time will tell if it's worth it or not, but this is replacing a manual model purchased from Lowes about 11 years ago. Put up with the leaking for a couple of years, but it finally got to be too much.Use the video to guide you, and the more detailed diagrams/pictures here, and you should do alright. One thing - the stem going into the countertop was not long enough to provide enough thread for the mounting nut to catch. I had to remove two of the washers (black rubber, hard white). Seems to still work. Countertop is only about 1.5 inches, so I don't think it is unusually thick.The touch on/off seems to work, but its a bit finicky. A quick tap with a finger tip seems to do the trick vs a slower press then release, or the larger back of your hand surface.Time will tell if it continues to function properly, and how fast it goes thru batteries. Might be worth using lithium ion if you don't want to crawl under the sink as often.

Bought this almost exactly one year ago. Worked as expected; however, the auto on/off can be a bit annoying. Otherwise, no issues until the hot water connecting hose that comes directly out of the faucet and connects to water supply line malfunctioned by separating from the coupling. The fitting did not separate. The line to the fitting blew out and sprayed hot water under pressure everywhere. The hose connects to the fitting via a tapered plastic thread the hose slips over until snug. No freaking clamps, or anything, just expecting friction to hold it together. LSS, it cannot be replaced since the hose and fitting connect directly to the faucet. A $10 replacement if designed correctly.

This faucet was packaged very well and well protected when I received it. The quality of the product is excellent! Followed the instructions from the manual to install it: super easy for me, doing the first time in 20 minutes. Sprayer has 3 modes (stream, spray, pause). Highly recommend this product as it feels durable. I will update this review after continuous use.

This faucet was difficult to install. Not atypical faucet installation.The rubber seals on the hot side appeared to go bad after only 4 months.After working upon by a plumber it was determined that the leak was actually occuring in the mixing valve way up at the undersink level.I am going to attempt to return this to Amazon to see how they stand behind selling a defective product. They have been good in the past.I DO NOT recommend anyone purchase this faucet.

Love this faucet, does what the fancy expensive ones do but way less expensive. Style is flexible, works with modern and traditional
