It is a pleasure experience! The cup is beautiful and convinent to carryout. Most important it can keep temperature for a long time, I like warm water, and can enjoy it the whole day now with this cup.

Kept my hot drinks hot and my cold drinks cold for several hours. Plus, there is no metallic taste. I prefer to hand wash and air dry the pieces. Though you can put in the dishwasher. It is used frequently to stay hydrated.

I love it so far. I needed something to take coffee to work that I can put inside my work bag since I'm juggling a purse and a laptop bag. This holds my coffee and does not spill in my bag like other mugs. It keeps the coffee warm for a while also. The button to open is a little tricky at first but helps ensure it stays closed.

Everything great EXCEPT it LEAKSI think if the drink hole was bigger then the rest of the fluid would fall back into the flask and it would not leak after sipping from itAlso the rubber is getting pinched and chewed at the hinge for the lid in the back I use every day and have not had it long so this needs to be addressed to perfect this potential gem

Functions as designed...

I’ve been at work 1.5 hrs my coffee is piping Luke warm :-/ and the pour spout dribbles all over the locking mechanism. It also looks like there’s a handle at the top of the cap but the thing won’t budge so IDK. Love the color but it doesn’t work well w what I need it to do. I have another Diller which is great so this particular one is disappointing.
