Got this this morning and I've been wearing it all day. I could easily wear it under clothes out and about. It was also comfortable during my workout. I was unsure about this being a pull on with no zipper or anything but it was fine. The armpit part was also very comfortable.

I am 5’9”/167# and bought this in a size medium. I absolutely LOVE. IT. Will probably buy another in a Small once I lose weight. I think my issue w/other “compression” garments was that I bought them too large...This item is fantastic for the gym as well as wearing around the house while doing housework. Very comfortable, but you REALLY. DO. SWEAT!! (So wear it under a dark shirt especially if you are wearing it for a workout! Just a warning from a person who happens to sweat A LOT.)

I definitely feel the thermal heat on my belly. Its comfortable to wear at the gym and is not noticeable. I love using this when at the gym. I feel I make more of my work out with it on.

Updated review: after less than a month of no use, because I was saving it for the gym, I took this item out and found it was ripped inside. BAD QUALITY, I would not recommend

I ordered an XL normally a XL in blouse. This item is poorly cut, does not come past my navel, disappointed. Good material, but the cut is off.
