Bought it for a 68 female family member. Only been 3 days but so far so good. She's happy with this amplifier and says she's finally hearing things like birds chirping that she wasn't able to hear for some time now.

Instructions in 'manual' is very confusing and in assembly a part i.d was not available on product or product photo! The speaker emplified the wrond sounds for me..amplified the background noise AND my own voice! (I don't need to hear ME better) How to use is written by some one that English is not their first language. and that needs to be corrected.

While they are called mini sound amplifier aids, they look like bluetooth earbuds, especially with the charging case. The downside I found disheartening was while my phone could locate the bluurtooth aspect, it was unable to connect to the phone.

My mom loved these! She can hear alot better now and she doesnt have to ask us 60 million times to repeat ourselves!

I purchased this item thinking to use it until I could get in to Costco to get real hearing aids. Unfortunately, they didn't work well for my mild-to-moderate hearing loss. They did amplify sounds...a lot.I realized after a few days that I could understand people a lot better without these amplifiers than with them, so I returned them to Amazon.Congrats to those who find these amplifiers helpful, because they are certainly much less expensive than real hearing aids.

Too big would not fit. Afraid of them falling out. Need a better way of charging them. Charging cord too short an would have to use a usb port for 4 hours to charge. Only usb port we have is on my lap top.
