I wasn't sure how to set it up at first but I called the owner and he walked me through it step by step. It's actually really simple! I put it on my credenza and now I can't get enough! Great product and great customer service.

I use the item for display only. However, although the set up was very easy to accomplish, because there are only two holes available on the top of the rocker arm the geometric patterns are limited in their design and do not fill the entire tray. Had I not thrown the box away I would have returned the item.

Fits perfectly on my desk. Definitely recommend for stress management.

LIKE: Easy set up, watched video, and nice presentation. I appreciate the good work company does with Scott Key center and Adults with disabilities in making this and that's the main reason I am keeping it. NOT LIKE: The pendant rod is too short or there's too little sand. It barely scratches the top of a sand, and doesn't cover the whole area, just a little bit at the top. I solved this by using a decorative bowl, and raising the sand to the pendant, and now it makes a full pattern as advertised. But that took work (see photo). ALSO NOT LIKE: Promotion video says pendulum moves for 13 minutes. if you time by stopwatch (I did this a few times), the major movement is over in 3 minutes, for 10 minutes it moves for 1/2" to nothing. Disappointing for price.

The bottom is not level. Pendent does not rest in center of sand. Only swipes I’ve a small area, not the whole round disk.

Not enough sand. Not only that the sand is all chunk together so you have to go through it all to make it all fine and it's a mess. It doesn't seem to reach the sand because they don't give you enough.

Was nice for about a month, then the base began to warp. I’m not sure if it is due to me living in Arizona and it being really dry here. Also the sand got clumpy after a few months too. I’ve tried sifting it and drying it out in the sun, but it doesn’t help.

Beautiful- a great addition to my office!
