Squad Goods Neoprene Half Sole Shoes for Dance and Ballet - 1 Pair

I bought 16 pair for my cast (I'm a theatrical costumer). We found that most pair were too large and I had to sew in heel straps and/or switch to smaller sizes. One dancer went from a size chart XL to a Med, another dancer measures as a Med, needs an XS (but SM is smallest size). I plan on returning the unused pairs and ordering different sizes..Of course, your sizing may vary. Much depends on foot width, arch depth and instep height. Luckily, this brand has not been too tight on their big toes (other brands often restrict my circulation)On the plus side, they are relatively inexpensive. Only time will tell if they last through 22 performances. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime and 2 day shipping!!!

I bought these for my daughter. She dances all the time and these are comfortable. She wears them in her dance class at school and her dance classes after school, but not at home (carpeted floors). She likes them a lot better than the ones her dance studio sold her. I bought this in purple for added fun. Now she has a pair at school and at her studio, and another as a spare. Love them!

The product is well made and good material. Even though I ordered a smaller size they are still loose on me. Unless your feet are wide, I recommend a much smaller size. I am still able to dance in them but need to adjust more frequently than I like. I would order them again but would change the size.

These are very comfortable, fit great and perfect for using during my ballet and/or dance workouts. I normally wear a size a 8M in regular shoes and got a size small in this.Like the product so much that I am ordering two more to keep on hand.

They were a bit tight around the big toe but loosened with use.

I don’t use these for dancing, but rather I use them to keep slight pressure on my feet while sleeping as I have neuropathy.They work!!

These started about in the middle of the ball of the foot instead of padding the whole ball of the foot. So when I turn, part of my foot sticks and isn't padded. If you have long toes, then they will start between toes and ball of the foot. I am a size 7 if that helps.
