I've used this now for several weeks and slowly increased my dosage up to 20mg that is reccommeded for sleep--you may need less and as tolerated. It's not a miracle cure but does indeed help. I trust this brand. They give sensible dosing on their vitamins and supplements, reasonably priced, and quality products.

First, I was impressed as the package seal actually hissed when I pulled the seal back. I reside at 5600 ft ASL so I expect to hear this and I did-well done! The package is well sealed against air intrusion/contamination. So far so good. Next, the capsules were in good shape, not covered in powder, broken capsules, etc. Again, very good packaging. Then, the fact that these are manufactured in a GMP facility and tested. In fact, the only thing I can criticize is that the product is not tested by an independent certified laboratory-an important matter for any supplement.

I chose this product after studying many others, because, unlike them, it states the correct information about the dose of lithium orotate and elemental lithium it contains. If a product claims to have 5mg of lithium orotate and also claims to have 5 mg of lithium, ask how is that possible. If I am more specific, I believe Amazon will reject my review.
