Super dark!
This material is pretty easy to use if you know how to wrap cars or tint. Good product! We enjoy it

Great product!
Adhesive and look was amazing! Put some of this on my license plate lights to diffuse the brightness and its been sticking really good! Easy to cut and put on as well.

Very dark tint. Heat gun will make stretching/conforming easier (doubt a hairdryer would be enough).
Easy to use. Was really skeptical about wrapping my headlight since it had such a hard edge that transformed into a large compound curves. This really worked. Because of the egressed air channels built in, it's not quite glass smooth or clear as normal films, but it's a thousand times easier to work with. I was able to reposition and stretch the tint until it conformed to the shape of my taillights. Took me a couple of hours to do both sides (did it in 4 sections since the lights split when my hatch opens).A couple of issues... The roll came smashed and creased (which is bad considering it was shipped and sold by Vvivid), and I thought it was unusuable, but I gave it a shot. Overall pleased, but those shipping creases are still somewhat visible in the film close up, even after heating with a heat gun and trying to work them out. Maybe time and letting it sit in the sun would let it eventually heal, but, unfortunately, this tint was much darker than I had anticipated, so I'll probably remove and replace with smoke black (as opposed to this dark black). Overall, I was happy with the way it performed. They really need to improve their shipping. Would be nice to have it rolled on to a stiff cardboard roll, and not so small and tight. This would probably solve almost half the complaints I see on here for all their products.

Positive feedback
Very good looks amazing , but you will need a heat gun to stretch , it is very hard without it lol. Overall great product👍🏽

poor quality
When i started to attach the film, it ripped immediately. I was applying heat and it wasn’t attaching to the car properly and was difficult to remove bubbles even with a heat gun. Would not recommend because the material isn’t stretchy and is hard to apply on curved tail lights.

Great product!!
I wanted to tint my tail lights and came across this product. I've never done any type of tinting or wrap before and this was my first time doing it and I am impressed with how easy this is to apply. Heat is absolutely your best friend and makes it's sooo much easier to install and took me about 30-45 minutes and I was taking my time doing this as it was my first time and didn't want to mess it up. If you make a mistake no problem just peel it back and redo it without messing up the wrap. The adhesion is great and repositioning does not take away from the adhesion at all! For 12 bucks I'm extremely happy with how this turned out and definitely recommend this to anyone! Can't go wrong for the price and I still have some left over

I like the look of the film
I like the look of the film. It gave me the appearance I was looking for on my tail lights. I have a 2015 VW GTI, and since they are 2-piece tail lights, that's how I wrapped them. The result is a smooth, dark, and even finish. In that respect, I couldn't be happier. There are a few things I noticed during the install. First, you are best off if you can have some helping hands. I had my friend help me, and I think it would have taken a lot longer by myself. Second, there is definitely such a thing as "too much heat" during the install where heat guns are concerned; even if you let the material cool back to ambient temperature, it takes on a noticeable difference in texture/stretching properties.Third, Vvivid should provide better instructions and how-to guides on YouTube for install. I say this because it's so easy to wrap the flatter parts of whatever your project is that a toddler could do it. That can't be said when you've a mixture of flat, curved, rounded, tapered, etc. In my case, this was the upper portion of my tail lights. The lower portion went on quickly and quietly. The upper portion has this (almost) 90 degree curve, plus the shape itself conforms to the curvature of the body of the car. The result is a bunching-up of the material, to the point that no amount of heating and pressure will alleviate it. The only thing that worked was massive amounts of stretching, keeping low levels of heat applied so as not to tear the material. The downside to this, is that the "memory" of the film causes it to retract as it settles. In doing so, it re-introduces the bunching-up I mentioned earlier, only now you've trimmed the material so it isn't easily stretched at this point. I have a feeling that particular pain-point will be ongoing for me.In conclusion: the product itself is great. It's high quality, tangibly durable, and is reasonably forgiving during install. Vvivid just needs to provide solid instructions for complex turns, angles, and how to avoid running into that "I don't see any way around this little bunch-up" moment that you're likely to run into.

It's Dark but my lights show
Looks real good if you want to black out your car. Install wasn't hard at all. Just make sure you clean the surfaces as much as possible, let it dry, especially all the little crevices and use some paper tape on the paint points along the edges. It helps to pick up the film if you mess up. Take your time.I was worried the lights wouldn't show at night but they show fine. The light output does indeed dim a touch. I feel like going maybe smoke grey tint might be a little better for some. But all in all I like the product. I get allot of compliments. I also cut out some small pieces of the excess to put on the clear reverse points on my tail lights. Haven't taken a pic of those but it looks pretty clean as well. If I can update I will.

Best tint on the market!!
The media could not be loaded. I am being completely honest when I say that these are the best tints on the market. The air release tech is what pushed me towards buying this product and it didn’t disappoint. A heat gun is needed for the installation to wrap the tint around long edges. Since the vinyl is thick, it won’t tear easily. The pics I provided were my first installation and it shows how easy they are to install with the proper tools.10/10 would recommend to anybody :))

Best headlight vinyl I've used so far
I've used a few different brands and Vvivid's is by far the best I've tried so far.ApplicationI used iso alcohol mixture to clean the surface, and created my lines with 3M knifeless tape.I roughly measured out a square area over the light concave, cut it and peeled the backing off.I started applying pressure with a vinyl wrap applicator tool thing (the rectangle scraper thing with the felt like material) from the middle of the light I was wrapping. Due to it being concave I had to make some relief cuts on corners but it worked well.I used the applicator tool to get it smooth on the light surface, and as close to the edges as possible. Don't stress too much, cause if you're using knifeless tape, once you pull the thread through you can use the applicator tool to lay the vinyl edge flat against the light.Once I had cut my lines with the thread from the knifeless tape, I used my heat gun to achieve full adhesion. With little manipulation the edges wrapped in once heat was applied. Much easier than other headlight vinyl I've used.PriceI'd say the price is quite high, but you get what you pay for really - especially for how forgiving it is for the generally untalented like myself!ColourI was worried it'd be too dark from the other reviews, but you can see it's not so aggressive.Lights shine very well through, but they are LEDs, older bulbs may not be so bright, but that's speculation.NotesI was actually impressed by the self healing element to it. I accidently scratched the surface of the vinyl with a blade, but applying heat took it straight out. Impressive, will probably gently heat the wrap each time I polish my car.TL;DR - don't be put off by the price, especially if you're a wrap novice. It's forgiving, great quality and looks beautiful.Hope this has helped.

Great the first buy not to good second buy.
I bought one roll to do my indicators and reverse LEDs on my 21 Forte and after watching other do it on YouTube this was much easier than paying a guy who quoted me 300$ to do all my lights when I needed to spend for the tools and material.. love the product buying more currently to correct the mistakes I had made.Edit. Second purchase they didn't even send me the same wrap I wanted more dark black TINT. They sent me camo/carbon fibre solid black
