Taste is great and decaf!
Tasty. Seemed pricy for the size, although there are a lot more than 25 servings in the container for my taste. Ends up feeling like a good value.

Old and bitter
I wanted to try a decaf matcha, so I ordered this tea. But when I opened the tea it was not the lovely bright powder I expect for this price, but brownish green. Then when I made the tea it was bitter and muddy tasting. I had to throw it out, so what a waste of money. I am extremely disappointed in this tea and will not purchase it again, especially given the price. DO NOT BUY if you are used to high quality ceremonial matcha.

Not BITTER AT ALL
This product is phenomenal for taste. I dont know what health benefits / L -theanine content this has. But the taste has absolutely zero bitterness which i love.I drink matcha straight up without sweeteners or milk so the taste is pretty important to me.Having tasted matcha from pretty much from all high end brands, this decaf matcha has good flavor considering the fact that its decaf. Usually decaffeination process takes out a lot of flavor from matcha powders. But this product has held up good amount of flavor. When you make a strong cup and drink it, there is a faint bitterness that disappears quickly. The finish is pretty smooth. Also froths up nicely with a hand blenderThat being said it definitely lacks the complexity and punch that the ceremonial matcha have. The higher end matchas have great complexity in flavor but they are not decaf. Pretty much all matcha on amazon is low quality. This one is an exception and it's decaf. So if you want something to drink at night and with a decent taste. This is it.The good:1) Decent complexity2) Decaf3) Good flavor4) No bitter finish (There is faint hint of bitterness for the first 2 seconds after you sip it and it quickly disappears. Which is VERY characteristic of good matcha)Bad:1) EXPENSIVE

good substitute if you need decaf!
The flavor is as good as many matcha brands. The problem is the cost is so high. I tend to mix it with other matcha just to lower the caffeine exposure

Finally!
This is the only decaf matcha on the market and it’s good! Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it to have a “matcha latte” and have it taste legit, and not get a migraine? Also yes. Just do yourself a favor and get it. I use 1/2 tsp (packed) to 8oz steamed milk.

Good decaf matcha. Ridiculous price.
This is a rich and flavorful matcha and froths well. Finely milled, beautiful color, etc. 3 stars simply due to the exorbitant price. They have to do better on the pricing or it will become a ‘one and done’ for most customers.

"Decaf Delight with Health Benefits"
This decaf matcha green tea is a true gem, offering a mild but flavorful experience without the caffeine. It delivers all the health benefits but also provides versatility in the kitchen. I even used it to make delicious green tea ice cream, expanding its utility. With each sip, I feel amazing as it boosts my serotonin levels, making it my go-to happy drink. Despite the slightly higher price, it's worth every penny for those seeking a caffeine-free option.

An expensive disappointment
I practice Cha Do and have been drinking matcha daily for a decade. I can compare this product to about 12 medium to high end grades and about 6 latte grade varieties: this DoMatcha Decaf is usable for neither the ceremony nor the latte. Pure in water it tastes like soap. Mixed in latte it requires three times the concentration to be noticed. Very weak and poor tasting.Teaxactly makes a 80% decaf matcha for a third of the price which I easily use for lattes. It isn't good enough for ceremony.
