I give this bag 3 stars. I did have to return it because the opening at the top was too narrow for my needs. But the bag in general was well made and looked great. I also had a hard time with the shoulder straps and putting it on my back. There was a ring that the straps slipped thru. You need to develop a technique to put the bag on with out it dropping to one side or another. Annoying but not impossible. Looks and quality I give a 5 star. Function 1 or 2 star.

I've had this bag for sometime now and this is my second review.The one thing that I'm noticing is that the zipper is losing its traction and that can be frustrating.I'm going to Youtube/Google some solutions because I like the bag and plan to have it indefinitely.

Its stylish and a beautiful neutral metallic! My only complaint is it is hard to switch from handbag to backpack. I used it for air travel with an infant, it was roomy and worked great! I just could switch from one function to the other easily.
