Helps keep things moving
This is the only magnesium I’ve tried that helps me poop (lol) if I haven’t gone in a few days, I’ll take 3 of these and it’s a light laxative. Be careful because too high a dose daily will make your poop too loose. I love it because it has helped me stay regular!
