In the first week, I have lost 8.2 lbs. I began taking two of these a day last week. I wanted to take them to jumpstart my weight loss and I am happy with the results. I haven't cut carbs yet, but I have cut my caloric intake by a few hundred calories. (I'm eating anywhere between 1200-1600/day. I have BED and this has been a significant cut for me.) The first day was a piss fest. Most people would probably complain, but it did what I wanted it too. I was shocked! Days have passed and I am peeing less, but I am peeing much more than I was before the pills. For whatever reason, I have always retained a ton of water. This works and honestly makes me feel so much better. The swelling that has gone down makes me feel like I am actually doing something compared to other times that I have dieted and was still swollen. You never know what a product will be like unless you try it. I totally recommend! It's a natural diuretic. Try it for yourself! I'm glad I did and I doubt you'll regret it.

Works subtly, gently. Helps when I am struggling with water retention and fingers, ankles swell (autoimmune). I don't use it all of the time, but when I need it, I use it according to directions. It takes several hours before I notice improvement, but there are no side effects, as far as I can tell.

HAven't tried it yet. But I am glad I have it.

Not sure how effective these are. I have only taken 1 on two separate occasions with no difference. Will post again if I see results.

I have taken prescription water pills and these for me work just as well. It's all natural and I don't have to depend on the chemical prescription.

This has not helped me at all. It is supposed to help relieve water retention... Not that I could see! I have retained More water since I started taking this than ever before!!! I hardly needed to pee at all and drank plenty of water...

It works and I am shocked quite frankly. I have taken herbal diuretics over the years only to find they do absolutely nothing.These really do work! I awake with a puffy face sometimes depending on what I have eaten the day before. This takes care of it along with abdominal bloating. My bottle is almost gone because I have given so many to friends to try. Everyone (half a bottles worth) have asked me to text them a picture of the bottle so they can buy it. Excellent product.
