Repeatable heat settings.
I use the watts setting and love how it holds the the same temp. every time you set it! You just have to find out what number to set it on so your food comes out the way you like it.

Works great, but prior unit failed for unknown reason.
This is my third Mr. Induction. The first one shattered when a mug fell out of a cabinet onto it, no fault there. Ceramic can easily shatter tempered glass. But the second unit failed for an unknown reason. I bought a third because I had already cut a hole in my counter to fit this unit as a drop-in (in a camper), and before it failed, it worked so well. I would use it daily for boiling water for coffee, and it would see occasional use for cooking simple meals.Pros: heats up cookware very fast. Looks good. Easy to use.Cons: one unit failed for unknown reason. Can't use cast iron: it'll heat up faster than anything, but the heat retention overheats the stove electronics and it'll shut off with an error (found out on the 1st unit, so not the cause of the 2nd unit's failure).

Quite good in my opinion.
I bought this exact same one like 6-7 years ago, and it still works today (but it keeps over heating probably because it is old). I am planning to buy another one. To be honest, i don’t even remember where I bought my last one, so this review may come up as unverified purchase. But i have a photo of it here. (The photo is the old one).I highly recommend this as it is durable, easy to use, and it heats up fast. It being with me for 6-7 years is proof of that.(The red dot above power button in the photo means it is plugged in).

Worked for a day. Then it died. Second one doesn't sound right.
Got it. Want to use it in my camper. Opened it up. Plugged it in. Put a cast iron pan on it that the magnet sticks to. It's an induction pan. Worked great. Water boiled quickly.Put it away. Got it out the next day. Put the same pot on it. Filled it with water. Now all I get is error code e1. Ordered a replacement. I like this one because it can by built in. So I will try one more time hoping maybe I got a dud. Says "made in prc". I had to look it up. Stands for people's republic of china. Guess they are trying to hide their origin. Seems like Chinese made electronics always seem to fail for me before they should. The quality just never seems to be there. President Trump. Let's get going on encouraging things to be made here in the USA again please. Thanks amazon for always making it so easy to return and replace items.Update 2/15. Got the replacement induction burner today. Took it out of the box. Plugged it in. This time in using brand new galleyware induction ready pots. Filled a pot with water and placed it on burner. Water started to heat. Then unit started to make a strange noise. I switched to a larger pot. Noise seemed to go away. Then came back. I shut its own. I'll play with it more later. Hoping I'm not 0/2. Not sure I'll be keeping this one. The quality on these just doesn't seem to be there. I like how it has a power level reading. That was a feature that drew me to this one. But if it doesn't work right features don't matter.

Works well
This works well on the power (wattage) settings. The temperature settings seem to turn the unit off too soon.

If only it supports all pots and pans
It is not compatible to all pans and pots. I had caphalon and non of them work. Only works on my stainless steel pot. Otherwise it is good and function well

This is my new toy when I am on the road travelling and in a motel. Rarely do I find a motel with good oatmeal on their breakfast bar (this means not cooked in a microwave). I try to have the old fashioned oat meal every morning. It is terrific, the water is at a boil in 2 minutes instead of 4 on my range, and you then set the control to a lower temperature setting. The lower settings are pretty cool. It heats for like 2 seconds and off for about 5. This prevents the oatmeal from boiling over the top in case you walk away for a few seconds to do something else which I always end up doing. I have used it for two weeks and I hate to go back to the range to cook my oatmeal in the morning but I also, hate to have anything sitting on and cluttering up the counter tops. By the way, one of the safety features is it must have a magnetic pan on the cook surface before it will start heating and if you remove the pan it turns off automatically. So if you are looking for a hot plate this one is great.
