Great knives
So far so good. They are sharp, feel solid, and great price. Time will tell if they hold up but so far very happy.

You're Never Going To Beat A Ginsu
Best little knives for slicing, chopping everything -- vegetables, meats, you name it. -- They are durable, great looking in a place setting at a table whether the table is casual or formal. -- They never get dull. --They have never rusted. -- They are always ready to be of service. -- I would never be without these. -- I love the ease with which these little knives whip through tougher cuts of meat more or less like cutting a firm stick of butter.

Great product
Stays sharp.always. Definitely worth the purchase

Almost as good or better that previous Ginsu knifes I own, which lasted more that 20 years
Very good quality. Improved hand feeling (it sits more securely on the hand). The serrated border is very sharp, up to the point that I'm afraid to get cut, unlike old ones, which had a slightly different sharpening profile, very forgiving with your skin.

Stays sharp and just as good as Cutco
I have had a set of these steak knives for about 10 years and needed more for my daughter. I found them again and am happy to report that the new knives look and feel much the same as the older version. The picture shows the old heavily used knife on the left and the new one on the right. For the old knife, the steel is still bright and the handle has become dull. I just tested them both on a honeydew, and was surprised to find the cutting power of the old knife had not faded. When compared to a similar Cutco knife that we have, the cutting power is the same. So save money and get a knife that does the job without losing the sharpness. I find the size useful for cutting vegetables, fruit and raw meat. A longer knife is only needed for a large item as a watermelon. It is a steak knife but I have not used it on cooked steak. We have a larger Cuisinart knife, and its handle has lost it's plastic component. The handles on the Ginsu are literally welded on and, as can be seen in the picture, the handle is still fine after 10 years.

Joke if you want, but these are great
Over decades we have had a couple of variations of Ginzu steak knives. After countless trips through the dishwasher, nothing lasts forever. We got these to upgrade our last tired set. Prior version had more of a wooden handle. We like these black handled ones even better. Some might remember their commercials and think they are a gimmick, but the knives work well. And we are not trying to impress anyone with our cutlery. Who doesn't like a good value?

Best steak knives ever!
I bought my first full set of Ginsu knives about 30 years ago. Still have and use them daily. I just lost a few of the steak knives over the years and decided to look for replacements. These look even nicer than my original set and work just as well. You cannot beat these knives for durability and cut quality.

Yup, 90's infomercial goodness
Got these for fun because of the name brand. But really happy with the product. Micro serrations. Full tang construction. Good fit and finish on handles. They can sit in the sink without rusting. Holding the edge so far. Crazy value when compared to comparable products.

Le mâche n'est pas des plus agréables ( c'est personnel mais je préfère les manches ronds) mais pour le reste, ils coupent nickels, plusieurs lavage lave vaisselle et ils ont pas bougés. Content de mon achat

Bought these knives for when we are feeding the masses. The blade is like a wave. Not a saw tooth and not a straight edge. Cuts really well and quite sharp. Sturdy. And dishwasher safe - no spotting or rust. Great value for the price. Would by again.
