This printer is fine. The issue is the Lifeprint app does NOT allow you to login or reset your password. So you're not able to print your pictures!! Fix your app, Lifeprint. I submitted this same review and Lifeprint wanted me to reach out to their support team. I just told them the problem. JUST FIX YOUR APP. I returned the printer!!! Without the app working the printer is useless.

Prints big high quality photos, just what I was looking for in an instant printer if I'm being honest. I don't like those little ones, I needed something that I could show off to my friends. Not only are the prints great but it's not at all heavy or anything so you can take it with you just about anywhere. What I think about when I take my pictures is all the great posts I'll make of them on the gram later.

I was very excited to try this printer and be able to print any pictures I want. When I received it, I realized that I must create a social media account and it is not a simple app to just send the pictures to the printer. After that, I printed a couple of pictures and realized all the pictures are in the account for this app and there is absolutely no way to delete the pictures. The app says the account is private and the other users cannot see the images, but I don't have the ability to delete my pictures from the account. Also, if you want to delete the account to be able to remove your pictures, the pictures won't be deleted from the server. Basically, they just hide it from the user, but the company stores the user's data. I have emailed the company and requested to delete my pictures and my account and do not store my information. But, they didn't even respond to me.

It's nice and very easy to use just by downloading an app and connecting it to your phone. It's really very easy. The only thing I didn't like is that the photos come out a bit opaque and I thought they would come out with better quality and color.

Product seems to work great. Great photo color and fast printing. Easy to use app and it can be used as a social platform if desired. However, when I opened the box, the charging cord was yellowed and seemed to be used/ upcycled. The direction instructed to turn it on but there was no power charge remained. I’m thinking the unit was also used/ refurbished and completely out of charge. We shall see if I encounter any charging problems in the future. So far so good and happy with the product. I am all for upcycling, but I feel like it should have been noted.

My boyfriend and I are going canoeing this weekend so I wanted a pocket printer to take along. I found this one and got it because of the price, it was cheaper than other models. But that's not to say it isn't just as impressive. It has a lot of advanced tech and we had a great weekend taking and printing photos, even from the canoe!

I got this printer at Christmas from my Dad. It's really changed my outlook, as I have to think about taking pictures now all the time. Dad says he wants me to be the next Diane Arbus. I have no idea who that is but I'm guessing it's some photographer from a bygone era. I'll keep at it to keep Dad happpy.

Wow, this printer is the best one for me. I've had others but they were all too slow printing or left annoying smudges. This one seems to be working great and I can't wait to give it a try again tomorrow. It's a reliable printer and that's what I need when I'm travelling photographing bands this summer.
