Easy installation
Exact fit and good value

Worked good with modifications
The brass tube was to long and was touching the inside of the tank when bolted down. It would not allow for a proper fit and kept leaking. Had to cut it lower and bend Slightly to get the separation needed to seat properly. Other than that it's work pretty good

Exact fit.
This device comes with a modified O ring seal that comes between tank and flange. No way could I get seal to stay in machine groove. I kept a close eye on where seal was lying, and it found its seat as I snugged up nuts on the mounting stud bolts. Selector switch has smooth operation.

Fits perfectly on the stock tank location
Perfect fit but the off, on, and reserve are different from stock

Reserve flow not adequate
2003 Arctic Cat 500. Fit the tank well but has a few issues. First, the on and reserve are backwards to the machine. On is reserve and reserve is on. Second, the filter on the reserve hole is too small and doesn't allow enough fuel flow. Machine kept starving for fuel after hard pulls when on reserve. Seems to work fine in the on position which has a larger filter. Third, the filter on the primary/on tube doesn't fit snugly. It would have fallen off in the tank. I removed both the filters on the petcock and installed an inline filter. This seems to have fixed the fuel starvation issues.
