The media could not be loaded. The SaniteModar Linear Shower Drain is a great choice! The 12-inch tile insert design looks sleek and modern, and the brushed 304 stainless steel finish adds a nice touch to the shower floor. It was easy to install, and the adjustable feet made it simple to get the right fit. Plus, the hair filters are a practical feature that helps keep the drain clear. Nice looking but “meh” debris basket
The drain looks good, but the plastic debris basket is flimsy and very small.

nice item, great for NEW construction...
I think this is a great product... is well made, and would work fine in a 3" floor assembly as shown in the installation diagram provided with the listing. I however, wanted to try and "retrofit" an existing floor subassembly with only 1" height available... and I couldn't figure out how to make this work for me.If there were a "Low Profile" version (and maybe there is and I just didn't see it with what Amazon put in front of me while searching): I'd like togive THAT a go.I think I could have "made this work" if there was a perimeter 1-2" metal tab all the way around the top,and a taller insert.That way I could mount it into the subfloor plywood, cover/glue the shower membrane to the top of it.Unequivecally draining the full tile assembly, even if there were some caulk or grout failure.Hey! Maybe an idea for a new product?Again, nice product, just not for me at the moment.If I ever get to build something NEW for myself, I'll take a look at these again.

This 54" linear drain is a fraction of the price of schluter and some of the others, is well made, and looks fantastic. high quality welds too.
