Love Bertolli! Highly recommend!

Filippo Berio Pure Olive Oil has a delightful taste and can be used for cooking or as part of a salad dressing. It blends very well with a bit of salt and lemon, or with a dash of vinegar. It brings out the taste in sauted fish, chicken, meat or vegetables. --- (El puro aceite de oliva Filippo Berio tiene un exquisito sabor y se puede usar tanto para cocinar o como parte de aderezo para ensaladas. Completely tasteless olive oil?
I’m not totally sure what to think about this because it has no taste like normal olive oil. I almost feel like it’s too light. They say olive oil should have a slight burn in the mouth. But this has none. I’m not really sure if it’s complete all of well. I guess, only the makers know. Also, it is not in a glass jar. You should know that it is in plastic. Also, not a plus. But I did use it till it’s almost gone. I don’t know if I’ll buy it again.
