nice photos. good ideas.
I have all the Char-broil cookbooks. I just got a Char-broil grill with the infrared feature and wanted some ideas.You do not need to buy ALL the cookbooks. There is quite a bit of over lap recipe wise.Also there really are not any recipes in the books that are so specific to the infrared feature. Any grill recipe works once you get the idea of the heating element.

Great for novices and chefs alike
I gave this as a gift to our teens. They love being able to grill! The photos show them exactly what the finished meal will look like, and the timing for grilling has been spot-on. We've never eaten so well!

Provided some new approaches to regular grilling even to the proper preperation of your hamburger patties. Best way to sear your meats and some good ideas on rotissier grilling.

I think char broil looked long and hard to find recipes that no one would ever make. Don't spend your money on this book.
