There’s a certain smell and it’s a big pill, but it didn’t really bother me. I used during the whole pregnancy and still using while breastfeeding.

I take these prenatal vitamins to help my hair and nails grow and to strengthen them. My hair doesn’t break as easily as it did and my nails don’t split since I’ve been taking them. I really like the gel-type capsule - don’t know how else to describe it - because it makes it easier to swallow as they’re on the medium to large size. Highly recommend.

I've been taking these my entire pregnancy starting June 2024. I have auto shipment. This last order appears to have changed the design. The vitamins have a very strong odor and plastic taste, which wasn't there before

They don't have a bad after taste
