Perfect Fit
Seals worked good and appear to be of decent quality. Only time will tell, but day two into it my vanos is working as it should with no leaks.

Everything worked with my M54 install was fun will update if problems come up but pretty good cheaper option for seals

Restored power at low rpms
Ordered this kit when I cleaned and redid the seals on my vanos. Also did the valve cover gasket at the same time. So far no leaks and noticeable improvement in the low end performance. Takes about 200 miles to really get broken in. Would recommend as a lower price alternative. Will update review if problems develop later on.

Teflon rings are too big, not putting them in.

The only thing you will need extra is the ani rattle kit. This however worked perfectly for the parts provided

Just the Seals, No Anti-Rattle Kit Included
If you don’t take apart the Vanos the installation is pretty straightforward, perfect if you don’t have a rattle but experience poor idle/poor engine performance below 3K rpm.
