Every thing it said it was! looks good over the hole removing the pump left on the side of my block.

Good fit
Good quality tight seal looks good. Looks much better than just plugging the holes and leaving it open. Worth the money

Install first if using adapters
If you are using motor mount adapters, make sure you install this first or you can't get one of the bolts in. It does fit great and has all the hardware for installation.
