Whenever I’m feeling deficient or run down, I drink one of these and turn it all around. I keep them in my cupboard at all times.

I liked the flavor & makes drinking water pleasant.

This does not have the extra sugar that other unnamed sports type drinks products have since I am a diabetic this is important. I use when I am out in the heat gardening & have been able to avoid my usual headache. Highly recommend this product but it is cheaper in store.

I searched for different products, including Pedialyte, Pedialyte AdvancedCare, and other powders.I found this product to be superior for the electrolytes, potassium, and vitamins ingredients when I compared them side by side.Most importantly, we had figured out that my mother was dehydrated and this helped her tremendously after a couple of glasses, spaced out during the day.We now give her one glass a day to be sure she is getting everything she needs in the way of hydration.She was complaining of being dizzy and having stiff legs. Both signs of dehydration.It helped more than the pedialyte and is cheaper.No wonder why they call it Liquid IV.Kudos to the team that made this!

This was delivered with the box crushed and open. Normally, I would want to return something delivered like this, but it was not returnable. Each packet seemed to be intact tho. The taste was nasty but I will use it when I need fast hydration. Just will never order it again!

I really like the liquid IV in lemon lime flavor. I haven’t tried other flavors yet but plan to. I do not like water and actually avoid it at all costs because it’s so bad in my opinion. I often try powdered drinks to add to water or flavored waters but I haven’t found any I like until liquid IV! Since I don’t drink water, you can imagine how dehydrated I get daily so this drink fixes that fast. I felt so good after drinking it. I also got my boyfriend to try it and he likes it’s. I bought a small pack to try and it went so fast so my next purchase is going to be for a larger pack.
