I love it! I've had no adverse side effects with this product. It actually gives me energy while shedding the pounds. I've definately noticed the fat around my belly shrinking! I eat smaller portions, but have not changed what I eat (that much). I'm happy with this product.

I have been taking this for almost a month. While there have been a few changes in size but not weight, it hasn't been remarkable. I have a very healthy diet organic and exercise as I can I have not noticed much of a change. I will continue for another month to see if the tide changes.
