I didn't know this stuff existed, but really useful.
This is a different take on duct tape. Adhesive is not quite as strong, as I think it's supposed to be more temporary. I needed something kind of wide and this worked well. The matte finish is useful in some situations. I might have been able to get by with a smaller roll, maybe a could of sizes would help sell a few more for smaller projects. Otherwise very good, and I'll be looking for more ways to use it.

No complaints. Very good tape.
When you tear it by hand, it tears evenly across which is extra nice and don't have to worry about uneven tears.

Sticky!
This real gaffer’s tape with great adhesion. If you need gaffer’s tape this fits the bill.

HEADS UP! TAPE STICKS TOO WELL. BUT THERE’S A WORKAROUND
I got this tape for some events that I was doing. The good thing about it is it holds everything in place very well. There is one very problematic issue I’ve had with this tape that I have not had with any other brands that I’ve bought in the past. At the end of the first gig I used it for, I pulled it up off of the floor where it was holding cables in place, and it did such a good job sticking to that floor that it left huge chunks of the white adhesive part of the tape on the floor. Note, it was not residue of any kind, it was the actual tape. Took quite a while to get it off. Not what anyone wants to do after a long night. Did the same thing to a couple stands etc. at other events.THE FIX: I found that if you PULL IT UP VERY, VERY SLOWLY it USUALLY fixes (or greatly reduces) the problem. Normally I would not bother giving a review but I thought I would be kind and try to save others a couple of minutes of frustration.CONCLUSION: I was going to give this three stars or maybe even less. But when I thought about it, I realized this tape has become my go to for expensive equipment that I want to protect from falls or less than sober people at events (I run sound, DJ, play keys etc. at three or more venues a week). It DOES NOT let go until you want it too. So even though the clean up can be a pain I have to say it is extremely reliable. Just take your time taking it off.

It looks and works like gaffers tape.
This is certainly gaffers tape. It has a matte finish to be non reflective and an aggressive synthetic adhesive which does not leave behind a sticky residue when removed.

Worst gaffer tape ever purchased
This is the worst gaffer tape, the glue and the fabric separate when peeling, also the glue sticks to the cables and items, I does the opposite of what gaff tape should do. Wasted half a the roll just trying to peel it. I do NOT recommend this brand.

wide, easy to remove tape, great for setups that need to be temporary
I used to just use duct tape for floor cords and such, but found that gaffer's tape works MUCH better. It's usually stickier, doesn't splinter as easily, doesn't leave residue when peeled up, and the back of it has a rough texture that offers traction when stepped on. It also usually comes back up without splintering too, so it's much easier to remove when it's time to pack up.These rolls are wider than the common rolls, which unfortunately makes them a good deal more expensive. The cost is my only complaint, although nobody seems to really offer it any cheaper than this, so I guess I'll take it. I just use the wide stuff a little more sparingly for when it's needed, rather than having to lay down two or three runs of the narrower rolls. This is one of those things that you should have one roll of on-hand, just in case. And it's handy enough that you'll find other uses for it that you weren't anticipating. The matt-black color will also be useful for anyone doing stage or halloween setup, where you don't want the audience to see or risk tripping over cables or even see that cables are being hidden. And it can be used to cover anything else you want to hide too. It's like an invisibility cloak at night.
