Quality vitamins. Has everything in them that I need.

I have been taking these vitamins 3 years now and they give me so much enery not only that I really alert on the days I take these.

They are a little bigger than expected, but not too bad when trying to swallow. They do have a little unusual smell, but not too bad that you can’t stand. I’ve noticed I can only take one although it recommends two. I think it gives me the energy I need to get my day started. Also helps with my workouts.

I love this vitamin! … but,,, I will just be able to consume all of these by the expiration date.If you get a shipment that will expire before you can take them all, get a refund! That’s what happened to me last time.

I have been taking this formula for quite a few yrs!!Cheaper than instore.The date on these are better than instore — last few times I instore bought , I had short dated.The vitamins have an odor to them when you open the bottle — why did you guys stop putting the little silica packets inside??! Color appears fine, but the smell/taste… needs some work.

I have used or taken these for several years and they are a help to my good health.
