Had to fix the part to use it. As others stated, it is quite a bit of work. I used a 5/16 drill to widen the hole. Maybe I am a crab, as I see others on here note the same problem as me and leave 4 stars. For me when something is fundamentally unfit for its purpose, and I have to do work after paying for it. That is a 1 star product.

Had to drill out the center hole a bit for the OEM bolt, but it did the job.

I purchased a new Genuine Mercedes intake manifold but I wanted to replace the tumble flap because it is common for them to break. I was worried about the fit but ordered because of the great reviews. I’m glad I did because this Awesome product at a affordable price. The aluminum part fit and moved just like the original. I compared it to the original, everything moves smoothly, and it should last a really long time.

Had to drill hole out .012 to make it fi, no there wasnt corrosion on my screw. Had to clamp it down because the press fit was loose and spun with the drill. Very annoyed with my purchase I'm already fixing a car I dont want to mess with stupid problems such as this.

Good repair option if you can't afford a new intake manifold!

I finally installed the part and it was a good fit. The moment of truth will be once the intake manifold is installed and longevity.
