Nice trike, met expectations
Trike met our expectations and has performed well over the past year. It arrived undamaged in the box, and we opted to have our local bike shop assemble it based on the previous reviews; probably could've done it myself, but decided to let the pros do it. I think they charged $70 to assemble. My wife loves it and the multiple gears work well, especially on inclines--couldn't imagine her riding a trike like this with a single speed. It is heavy--about 65 pounds--so multiple gearing is necessary. It rides nice and smooth and she says the seat and handlebars are comfortable. The front brake works great, but the rear brake wouldn't stop the trike on its own. We're quite pleased with our purchase.

Terrible gear system!
Nice looking bike, but the gear system is terrible. This bike boasts 7 speeds but they are all low to very, very, very low and are basically useless. This bike arrived in a rather tattered box, but it seemed to be complete.

One Star
The frame is so weak it would twist whenever I tried to peddle it, Very dangerous. Almost fell off.

Nice tricycle, dissapointed in the quality and condition upon arrival
Wanted a tricycle for my wife. We are seniors and not in as good of shape as we used to be so I wanted the multiple speeds, that was a must. Trike was mostly put together, easy assembly except could not get seat post to tighten, broke the clamp trying, did some online research and found this to be a common enough problem that a company actually makes a shim to make it work, frame is a little too big for the post. Took it out for the test ride and the rear wheels both wobbled badly. Turned out the rear axle was bent, disassembled rear of bike, had axle straightened . We are now happy with bike, have the 7 speed cruiser trike we wanted. Dissapointed we had to do so much to it. We did not contact manufacturer because this is the bike we wanted, taking apart and sending back would have been a pain, so I chose to deal with the problems

Trike went together easily, suggest that you have a metric set of allen wrenches & metric box/open wrenches before you start. Only fault I find with trike is the seat. Lumbar support is a joke, it bent the 1st time I sat on the trike. Seat will not stay at height I set it due to the chrome surface on the seat post, so I put a hose clamp on the seat post which works great

I'd still love riding my trike
I turned 87 a couple months ago, and my wife bought me this trike for my birthday. I spent a couple day in our living room, assembling the bike with loving care. My first attempt to ride it was catastrophic. The seat post slid down, making my legs too cramped to even try riding. A couple other things were wrong, so I straightaway put it for sale on Craigslist. Thank the Lord, I had no calls. I remedied the problems and took off on my first adventure. Yes, it felt spooky being up there on the machine, and I managed to crash into a phone pole, but nothing damaged, even my pride.Thereafter, I made runs and was sore of back and all, but persisted in going out. My ancient thighs have become solid, and I go from 35th to 65th and back with relative ease, and no aches. My lumbar spine was broken at age 19, while with the Marines, and I thought riding the trike rather than taking rides on my mobility chair (walking is very tenuous with me) would build up my back muscles and possibly lessen the pain. I find now I am stepping over low-lying carpets and such, and albeit I may never be pain-free in my spine (I avoid meds because of side-effects), it is possible there is some improvement, and even if there weren't, I'd still love riding my trike, for the fresh air, the sense of adventure, and the sense of well-being I get from the rides, almost daily.I have a can of silicone spray that I apply to the chain and derailleur, and it shifts smoothly. I am thankfully close by city bike trails, and although some would call our city fairly flat, it is amazing how many ups and downs there are that you never notice whilst driving a car. It is inconceivable in my opinion that a person would waste money on a trike with one-speed. To me, they are anathema, and unthinkable, especially for us elderly types. One day I prepared to ride and a rear tire was flat. I had a couple new 24" tubes, and fixed it and resumed the 60 psi. While I had the tire off, I ran my hand along inside, and discovered a sharp projectile. It was a thorn. Please avoid driving on grass, thinking it to be safe. Nasty things hide there. Stick to streets and bike trails to avoid problems. In conclusion, after a couple months, I couldn't be more content with the purchase. The design style and the whitewalls make this ride gorgeous, and I get compliments. Who wouldn't want that?

Beware of bad tires.
Very nice trike. Unfortunately, the right rear tire will not hold air. I can't fill it at all. Air goes out as fast as I put it in. Very disappointed with this.
