Not something that turns up regularly in stores but ideal for a fast pasta snack as it cooks in about four minutes! Add to any combination of your favourite frying items (onions, garlic, tuna, sardines, mushrooms etc) and you have a fast, tasty snack. Making a clear chicken soup or a minestrone? Add a few strands to cook in the last few minutes.A really useful store cupboard standby.

I don’t know why it is so difficult to find angel hair spaghetti in England but I was very pleased to find it available through Amazon. Perfect garlic butter prawn meal with Garofolo angel hair spaghetti!!!!
