Mackerel in Tikka sauce
I love things I can grab from the cupboard for lunch or quick dinner when I'm on my own. I often freeze leftover rice (flat) in a bag then bash it to loosen, so I put the two together and microwave it and have salad, perfect.

What the heck?
They say it's boneless. However small print allows some bones etc. But what the heck? Is that the low quality or I was just unlucky to get all the bones from the whole batch? Disgusting. No more mackerel from Morissons.
