Its a good band its just i thought it would be able to help me with my splits like it does in the little booklet it gives you but turns out its too small. I wish they would have said the size a bit better because i saw the girl on the picture who is probably taller than me doing the splits. I will try to use it for something. But if you buy something make sure to invest in other products and read details.

This arrived three days ago and my ballet dancing daughter has not stopped using it and, yes, in just three days, has become visible more flexible, and comfortable in her splits. Also, the customer service is AMAZING. they contacted me and asked if the purchase met our expectations and wanted to make sure we were happy. Wow. Wonderful. My daughter loves this and uses during warm up at home ... I too have learned to use for leg stretches although am not a ballerina by any means, Great stability and strength ... rubber does not get sticky like many others. Strongly recommend and imagine we will have this for years around the house,

Great buy. Bought for my granddaughter who is new to ballet to help strengthen her legs. Her instructor says was one of the best buys even she has seen. Also is very helpful for my other granddaughter who is in cheerleading. Note of caution: they should not use alone until they get use to it.

I'm a technical dancer who's looking improve on technique and flexibility. I've ordered Therabands and the Flexistretcher. Nether of those items have worked as well as this one. The instruction manual comes with a lot of exercises you can try. For a very durable rubber band, it actually has quite a lot of uses! You can work on splits, extensions, strengthening, and more, and its helpful no matter what level your at. I use it nearly every day! Very worthwhile product.

This band is amazing and strong. Even though it's thin it's worth it! I love it and I am a pre-pro ballerina. I have tried so many bands and this is by far the best and worth the money.
