Ted

This is my absolute favorite book to read to kids! They ask questions, get excited and love the ending. I was a teacher assistant with children with special needs for 13 years and read this book to them quite often. Now I am buying copies for the children in my life and they can enjoy it also.

SO I just grabbed this from my sons room and read it to write the review. It is a neat book about a little boy who gets in a lot of trouble with his imaginary friend since his father never has time for him, in the end it reveals that the boy's imaginary friend was the same as his father's, and the three of them have a fun time - great father son book.

A great story to help kids learn to write. I used it as a mentor text to get kids to think about every day things they do that they "could" blame on someone else. It is an enchanting story about an imaginary friend of a boy....and his dad.

My 6 yo LOVES this book. She wants to read it to us every night before bed. Like all of Tony DiTerlizzi's books, this one is very beautifully illustrated. It is a great story as well. I definitely recommend this to parents.

My twins love this book. We have 3 copies of it. The hardcover was let's say "vandalized" but really kids were being kids with it, so we have two of these soft cover books for bed time. They are 2 yo and make funny Ted faces all the time now.

Great illustrations and story about imaginary friend. My husband loved reading the book to our son.

We first encountered this book when my daughter checked it out from the library in first grade. We just fell in love with this story and the pictures. I purchased this book to give to my nephew and I am sure they will love it as much as we have.

...and love Tony DiTerlizzi. Gzonk will always be our favorite, but this one (Tony's favorite) is a precious story for young kids.

Lovely story for my 4 year old. She loved it!
