Sound Quality is really good.Highs are crisp, Can feel every shine in the musicBass is punchy and have little emphasis compared to my M20x(Really Good Balanced headphones)Vocals I feel are recessed, but not that much(Compared to Balanced headphones) Passive noise cancellation is good Earcups are comfortable for my ears(Avg Size)Headband is stiff and it hurts after 1 hour of usage but can be adjusted a little for another hour usageClamping force is a little high, hurts after a whileBuild Quality is good, I don't think it will break easily (Expensive product hai, sahi se rakhoge lamba chalega)They are slightly heavyTalk through and Ambient Aware works great,Fabulous Battery life, been using for 8 days, 40% is still remaining (BTW I play BGMI via wired mode, not considering that)I got it for 3.7k, really good deal, Can't expect more, almost a flagship product

Renewed product was not gud, logo is chipping as well, earpads are damaged as shown in pic.. i bought it for 3850, but no replacement was there, so have to return it..Rather than this physical damage, no issue was there in terms of sound or anything.. sound was amazing, noice cancellation is good, bass was there, a little bit discomfortable for me, excellent pairing nd all, a lot of features are there

I used it for 3-4 weeks and it is really good .. it's durability is very strong ... Except for the earcups I got it damaged as shown in picture ... The sound quality is very good .. needs little more improvement in bass .. the two modes ambient and talk thru works really good . The earcups is softCons .The headband is too strong that after 2-3 hours of use your ears ( earloop) will pain like badly .. it gets disturbingThe headband is made of clothing texture which gets dirty and idk how to clean it .Pros-The headphones is really good in built quality .. the product will last for more than 3-4 years-Sound quality is good especially bass but could have little more improvement- it has passive NC good for outdoors since the headband is tight U could wear it for running and other outdoorr activity- connectivity is Good .. there is some issue with dual pairing .- charging time is less and works for 2-3 days after a full charge- It's aux is also good qualityOverall I say go for it but if U have budget issue then go for JBL 750btnc renewed which comes under 4000Thank you 😊

JBL is worth the money, yes it wont give u the extreme bass that Crushers would,but this one has clear sound, and good enough bass,Added with all the features included i guess this is better, with ambient aware to one touch google assistant. The product is just awesome.I especially like the material on the cones, usually they are the first ones to go in any headphones,but i believe these are better quality and v soft.Overall worth the price!

i bought this renewed product a month ago. it was quite impressive for the first few days but eventually showing defects. it switches off immediately anytime for no reason. and since 2 weeks its been happening everytime i play it for like more than an hour and i have to manually switch it on again everytime. Moreover, the battery life which the company claims to be 30 hours at fully charged has been reducing everyday and now settled at some 20 hours even though i listen to it at economic level of volume. Also when switching to normal mode from talk thru mode, it produces a cracking sound for a second at the music beat which shows the defect in the piece.Please replace the item with another piece if available as it is still under warranty. if not available, then make a return for the item.

Sound is amazing and the bass perfect as needed and it is not for bass heads... Before use guidelines for everyone as I think it is super important1. Start your headphone and restart all setting by pressing volume up and down key together for 3 to 5 second..2. Please install the app( my JBL headphone app)3. Connect the headphone with you phone and connect it with the app too.4. Update the firmware of the headphone in the app.5. For best results select jazz EQ in the JBL app..6. You are ready to use.

No accessories in the box, only jave hadphone in box.Looks like new but sound at maximum volume not as heigh as it should be.

Some people have high expectation that they are going to get high quality bass and sound for 5-10k over the ear headphones. So you need to spend more than 10k for such headphones. This headphone costs 6-7k brand new so for less than 3200 it’s really a good deal if you don’t care about warranty after 6 months. It doesn’t even produce minimum bass compared to a 2k wireless tws and neckband . Ngl it produces clear,soft mids and highs . I got everything in the original box but i have clean it myself because there was a lot of glue on the jbl logo . Headphone was literally like brand new. This was my second amazon refurbished purchase and i am happy.You can buy new tws for near 4k and those will give you very very good sound quality but unfortunately no headphones will for the price.Like brand new one its ear cups cover has worn out within days . But it’s not seller’s fault.
