Love these glasses. They look great and they are the perfect size for a cup of coffee or tea. The fact that they are insulated means that you can safely microwave liquids and the outside will stay completely cool to the touch. No sweating is also really nice. Drinks do stay hotter for longer but not by much. I'd say expect an extra 10 minutes or so. The only downside is that you have to be very careful to not use a metal spoon to stir with these. Side note: Says dishwasher but I'd rather not risk it and and hand wash anyway.

Super Impressed. This is a gift. The glasses were packaged perfectly, boutique style. Brand new without a tear or scratch on the box. Inside, were instructions and a business card. The visual quality assured me the mugs would be in tact. They are stupendous, exactly what I hoped for.

I got these to use in our hotel room when I escorted a friend to the city for some medical tests, wanting to cheer her up with some nice little touches. Since I was just washing them out under the tap I never had this problem others mention of water getting in the hole. I guess that's the secret- add a drop of detergent into the cup with some water and rub around with your cloth, rinse lightly, NEVER SUBMERGE, should be fine.I am impressed that something so beautiful and seemingly luxurious is so affordable and durable!They work great for anything from hot tea or coffee (and if you forget to drink it and it gets cool, you can microwave!) to iced cocktails to snacks like fruit and yogurt. I just wish they were a bit larger.They are not flawless quality. You can feel the seam along the lip. But it isn't visible and it's not like it's rough enough to cut you or anything. Just rough enough to spoil the illusion of luxury. I suppose they could have made them perfect but then they'd cost double the price so really, I am ok with the rough edge. This way they are affordable enough that if you drop one you won't be too sad.

These are great for both hot and cold drinksI use them as insulated juice glasses and for expresso and hot tea as well.Price is a little high but would buy again.

At first the glasses were really nice to use because of the duel insulation kept from condensation forming on outside of glass and the pattern is lovely. We were really careful making sure to gently hand wash them. They were never abused or slammed. But unfortunately there was a flaw during the the glass blowing process, on the bottom were the little hole is sealed up all of sudden both glasses around the same time lost that glass seal. Of course as you wash them the water leaks into the inside through the hole. I tried using a super glue but it didn't work and popped out. They look pretty bad now that water and condensation formed inside. So we had to throw them out. Very disappointed!

We like these glasses so much. They were surprisingly well made and they look really cool. Double wall keeps them cool outside. They are perfect for our morning coffee.

These are the coolest glasses ever! I use them for hot tea mostly.

Not very easy to clean. They both broke inside down in the middle. Nice to look at. They do the job of keeping the coffee hot. So they need extra care when washing.

Like another reviewer warned: liquid gets inside the double wall. The attached image is after a simple hand wash before first use. In addition to the water mist stuck to the sides, there’s water floating in the inside of the glass.This trash should not be on sale at all.
