Big letters on the back read "Made in China". Wish I would have known this. It stinks like chemicals. With the description provided I didn't think it would smell but it does and now knowing it was made in China I don't know how much I trust this product to be as safe as I hoped it was.

Great Mat For The Little Yogis and Yoginis
This is a great kids yoga mat. Bright color, non toxic, can be used as a play pad as well as a yoga mat. I put it together with a couple of children's yoga books and baby yoga clothes to make a little "yoga kit" for a baby girl. Super cute. Her mom and dad loved it.

Perfect for the smaller yoga enthusiast
Perfect gift for my granddaughter. I have a 7 year old granddaughter who is tiny and a full size yoga mat was unnecessary. This one is perfect. She loves it and she can totally handle it on her own with a lot more ease than trying to use mom's mat.

Mat has a nick in it. There was a lot of protective packing papers so I don't think the damage was caused by packing. Very short return window so can no longer return.
